Opal May Goff Feb. 25, 1921 - Nov. 12, 2011

Opal May Goff, 90, passed away on November 12, 2011. Opal was born February 25, 1921 in Tyler, TX to Herbert and Ethel Lourinda (Harwell) Rickard. Opal was a very caring, Christian woman, and she enjoyed traveling, playing cards, and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and loving husband, John.

Survivors include her daughters, Charlotte Wood (Woody), Shirley Outon (Jim); grandchildren, Brad Wood (Michelle), David Outon (Karen), John Outon (Beth), Steve Outon, Christy Viers (Tom); 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, November 17, 2011, at the Bill Eisenhour Northeast Funeral Home.

Interment will follow at the Jones IOOF Cemetery.
