James Eric "Jim" Jack,
28, passed away on Tues., Nov. 12, 2002 in Wynne, AR. He was born on
June 10, 1974 in San Diego, CA to Wayne & Peggy Jack . He was a
resident of Wynne, AR, where he was employed as a Correctional
Officer at the Forrest City Correctional Institute. Before joining
the Federal Correctional System, he was employed by the State of
Oklahoma Correctional System at the Jess Dunn Correctional Facility
in Taft, OK. Jim graduated from Midwest City High School on 1992 and
later at tended OSU in Oklahoma City. He served 6 years in the
Oklahoma National Guard.
Jim was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Edward Albert of
FL, Kenneth Jack and P.L. Evans, both of OK; a cousin, Laurie
Mitchell.
He is survived by his parents, Wayne & Peggy Jack ; brothers,
Joshua and Jacob; sister, Jennifer, all of Del City; sister, Jami
Jack of Fort Worth, TX; grandmothers, Lucille Albert and Bernice
Evans; many uncles, aunts, cousins, friends and co-workers. He is
loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2002 at 2:00 pm
at the Tinker Air Force Base Chapel and laid to rest at
Arlington Memory Gardens. Bill Eisenhour Southeast.
