Phyllis Ann Murry , age 71, of Choctaw, OK, passed away Sunday, August 10, 2008. She was born in Henryetta, OK to Truman and Zella (Crawford) Adams on May 13, 1937. She married Joe Bob Murry May 19, 1953. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in nursing administration and was the Administrator of Oak Hill Nursing Home in Jones, OK for 27 years. Phyllis was always helping people and enjoyed taking rides and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Joe Bob of the home; one son, Randy Murry of Choctaw; one daughter, Vicky Lynn Zegrati and husband, Chuck of CA; two grandchildren: Parissa and Cody Zegrati; two great-grandchildren: Mina and Jonas Nelson; and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Truman and "Tootsie" Adams and a sister, Betty Jo Goodwin.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 14, 2008, at 2:00 PM at Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel with burial to follow at Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
