Tamar "Tommie" Casey , 92-years-young, of OKC, OK, passed away August 1, 2008 in OKC, OK. Born November 26, 1915 in Pontotoc County, (Ada area) Okla., she was the daughter of William and Melissa Beal Walls. Being the Walls' Family Matriarch, she was known and affectionately called Aunt "T" by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband C.W. Casey in 1982; and by 8 siblings. She retired as a secretary for Humpty Dumpty Foods in the late 1970's. Aunt T remained active in helping the Teamsters hold annual reunions after her retirement as well as staying in contact with her husband's associates of Leeway Motor Freight. Also, she was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary. She and our family were especially proud of her "Rosie the Riveter" occupation @ Tinker AFB during WWII. She loved to fish, go to Lake Texoma, cook, listening to her country western favorites and just having fun w/ lots of laughter. She especially loved her OU Sooner football and the Dallas Cowboys. Her main purpose in life was loving her Lord, and her extended large family. She was an "unconditional" giver with a generous, kind soul helping many in need.

Survivors include many nieces, nephews and all their families. A special Thank You to Bellevue Health and Rehab Center, and staff for the last few years of loving care, also to Autumn Bridge Hospice during her final days. You are special people indeed. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Aunt T can be made to the Heart Association, Alzheimer's Organization, St. John's United Methodist Women's, Autumn Bridge Hospice or your favorite charity. So we lovingly say Goodbye to our beloved Aunt T meaning "God be with ye" till we meet again.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wed., Aug. 6, 2008 at St. John's United Methodist Church on North Meridian in Oklahoma City, OK. Burial will follow in Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK, with services under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home.
