Mary Catherine Bowling Cox departed this world on the 20th of March after a short battle with cancer to join her eternal family in Heaven. Mary was born on May 4, 1936 to Charles and Helen Joyce La Force Bowling in Ardmore. Mary had eight siblings but was raised with only three of her sisters, however after over twenty years of searching found the rest. Mary attended Little Flower and Mt. Saint Mary 's Catholic schools. Mary later attended Oscar Rose college and worked at the Oklahoma Dept. of Public Safety before retiring.

On September 7, 1957 Mary married Jerome Ronnie Cox and enjoyed 45 of marriage.

Her parents, husband, brothers Edgar, Charles, AJ and granddaughter Missy preceded her in death.

Mary is survived by three sons, Harley and wife Cindy, Tom and wife Brenda, Steve and wife Linda, sisters Peggy Bailey of OH, Edna Stalik of TX, Shanna Morrison of TX, Leta Faye of CA, and brother Charlie of TX. Thirteen grandchildren, Brandon, Angie, Steve Jr., David, Harley III, Jaimie, Jeremy, Chad, Sabrina, Toby, Andrea, Ashley, and Jessica, and 23 great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews and other friends and relatives that were near to her heart. Family and friends were the focus of her whole life, ''though my childhood was poor I felt blessed because I had so many friends.'' Mary always knew that God had a plan for her life to love others deeply, to be a good listener and to be quick to forgive. Mary was a proud member of Catholic Daughters of Our Lady of Fatima Court 1831.

Prayer vigil will be held Mon., Mar. 24, 2008 at 7:00 pm at the Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel. Services will be held 10:00 am Tues., Mar. 25, 2008 at Our Lady of Fatima with Interment at the Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

COX Jerome "Ronnie" Cox went home to be with the Lord on July 21, 2001. Ronnie was born on October 5, 1934 to John & Mary Daughtery Cox in Oklahoma City. He was the youngest of seven children and was raised in the Stockyard area. Ronnie attended St. Joseph and Mt. St. Mary Catholic schools and at age seventeen went in the Navy joining his three brothers who were already in the service. Ronnie was of Irish Catholic descent and the third generation of the Cox line born in America.

On September 7, 1957 he married Mary Catherine Bowling and enjoyed 45 years of marriage.

His parents, three siblings, Bernie, Jimmy and Doris and granddaughter Missy precede him in death. Ronnie is survived by his wife Mary and three sons: Harley and wife Cindy, Tom and wife Brenda, and Steven; brother, Joe and wife Mattie of Oklahoma City; and sister Welo Combs of Kansas; 13 grandchildren, Brandon, Angie Steve Jr., David, Harley III, Jaimie, Jeremy, Chad, Sabrina, Toby, Andrea, Ashley, and Jessica and 11 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends that were dear to his heart. Ronnie's family was the focus of his whole life and he always placed the needs of his family before himself. He was an example of love and kindness to everyone he met. If he could tell you he would say, "Don't worry about me, I'm home with my Father now!" Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2001 from 6-9 p.m.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 25, 2001 at the Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel with interment at the Jones I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
