Floyd V. Miller went to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 22, 2009. He was born to L.P. and Ethel Miller on September 16, 1932 in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. He was a 1951 graduate of Midwest City High School, and served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force. Floyd was a service technician for J.R. Henderson Heating &amp Air Conditioning for 35 years. He married Carolyn Morris on June 14, 1957 in Oklahoma City. He was a loving father, grandfather, and devoted husband. Floyd will be greatly missed by family and friends.

He was preceded in death by both parents two brothers, Marvin Lester and Bill Miller. Floyd is survived by his wife Carolyn of 51 years four daughters, Cathy Breece and husband Jim of Coweta, Cindy Miller of Midwest City, Christy Miller of Oklahoma City, and Carol Rosser and husband Chuck of Midwest City nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren four brothers, J.R. Miller, Irven Miller, Willard Miller and Lonnie Miller and one sister, Veda Girod, all of Del City and a host of nieces and nephews.

Services conducted by Ford Funeral Service will be Monday, January 26, at Sunny Lane United Methodist Church, Del City, at 10:00 am. Burial will be at Sunny Lane Cemetery in Del City. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Sunday in the Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service.
