CITY PIONEER'S BURIAL MONDAY
Services will be at 2 pm Monday in Memory chapel of Hunter funeral home for
Mrs.Georgia Prather, 80, who died late Thursday in her home at 514
SW 24 of a heart ailment. Burial will be in
Sunnylane cemetery.
A resident of Oklahoma City for the Past 55 years, Mrs. Prather was born in
Sacramento, Calif. She was employed here as receptionist for two city physicians
before her retirement about 15 years ago and was a member of the Capitol Hill
Methodist church.
Survivors include three sons, E. S. Marshall, 4800 NW 23: C. O.,
Marshall, 3707 Shields boulevard, and A., J. Marshall, 1000 SW 32; daughter,
Mrs. Ben Longfellow, Jr., 319 NW 23; a brother, Charles Sebring. New York City;
a sister, whose home is in Arkansas; six grandchildren and seven great
grandchildren.
