Frank J. Adams, 42, Nicoma Park died of a brain tumor early
Thursday at St. Anthony hospital. He had been ill the past eight
months.
Adams was a plating foreman for the Folding Carrier Corp,
1238 W. Main.
He joined the company seven years ago when he moved to
Oklahoma city from Chicago, Ill. He was born in Bremond Texas
and had lived for several years in Harrah before moving to
Chicago. He was a member of St. Mary's Greek Orthodox church at
Jones.
Surviving are his wife, Mary, a son, Bill and daughter, Sue
all of the home; his mother Mrs. Caroline Adams, St. Louis, Mo;
three brothers, Peter D. and Louis Adams, both of Chicago; and
Joe Adams, St. Louis and two sisters, Mrs. Albert Block, Des
Plaines, Ill., and Mrs. Frank Chae, St. Louis.

FRANK _J_. _ADAMS _Requiem _mass will be at 10 am Saturday in St
Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox church in Jones for Frank J. Adams of
Nicoma Park, who died Thursday in St. Anthony hospital. Adams
had been ill about eight months. He was a plating foreman for
the Folding Carrier Corp., 1238 W Main.
He joined the company seven years ago when he moved to
Oklahoma City from Chicago, Ill. Born in Bredmond, Texas,
he had lived for several years in Harrah before moving to
Chicago. Burial will be in the Ukrainian cemetery, between Jones
and Harrah.

ADAMS Mary Patrick, 79, of Nicoma Park, went home to be with
her Lord on November 23, 1992. She was born December 18, 1912 in
Harrah, Ok. to Michael and Antonia (Hopcus) Patrick. She retired
in 1974, after 20 years service as a bookkeeper, from the First
State Bank of Jones. She was a life-long member of St Mary's
Ukrainian Orthodox Church. She was a former treasurer for St.
Olga's Club now known as St. Mary's Sisterhood., Mary will
be remembered for her unselfish service to her family, friends
and church She loved to garden, can, and mow her immense lawn.
She married Frank John Adams on November 14, 1934 in Harrah,
Ok., who preceded her in death
on January 21, 1954. Survived by one son and daughter-in-law,
William and Barbara Adams of Little Rock, Ar.; one daughter and
son-in-law. Sue and Dr. John Ellis of Edmond, Ok.; four
grandchildren, Brian and Bobby Adams, Anne Ellis Ray and John
Ellis; one sister, Ann Patrick of Nicoma Park. Memorials may be
made to the American Cancer Society, Oklahoma County Unit, 2233
NW 39th Expressway, OKC, Ok 73112. Prayer service will be 7:00
p.m. Tuesday, November 24,1992, at the Bill Eisenhour N.E.
Chapel with services at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 25, 1992,
at St Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Jones, Ok. Burial at
St. Mary's Cemetery, Harrah.
