Funeral services, for William J. Adams 1005 East Sixth street, who died Wednesday at a city hospital, will-be held at 2 o'clock Friday afternoon, at the Hahn funeral home. The Masonic service will be conducted by Hiram lodge A. F. and A. M. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.

Adams was an 89er making the run and settling fourteen miles northwest of Oklahoma City. He remained but a short time. Returning to Texas he engaged in railroading. He returned to Oklahoma City in 1914, went to work for the Missouri-Kansas and Texas railroad, xyz where be was shop superintendent when he died.

Adams died after an operation for appendicitis. He is survived by a wife and two children, George G., and William T., 14 and 16; years old. An only sister, Mrs. Nannie Scheltllhardt of Smithville, Texas, is expected to arrive in Oklahoma City, Thursday.
