MRS. ELLEN ELIZABETH ALLEN

Mrs. Ellen Elizabeth Allen, 78 years old a resident of the state since 1902 died of a heart ailment Sunday morning at her home 913 North Dewey avenue.

Born April 3, 1861, at Toledo. Ohio. Mrs. Alien moved to Yates Center, Kan., with her family when she was five years old. She was married there May 5, 1880, to Georgee Allen. The couple came to Oklahoma and settled at Harrah. Allen,  a farmer died in 1907.

Mrs. Allen came to Oklahoma City in 1919. She was a member of the Eighth Street Methodist church. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Fred Brady, Choctaw; Mrs. J. E. Penter, city. Miss Fanny Allen, home address and Mrs. J. E Dennis. San Jacinto. Calif.. and a son. William Alien. Tucumcari, N M Arrangements will be announced later by the Guardian funeral home.
