ROBERT MAHLON ARMSTRONG, 72, of Rogers, Arkansas, died Friday, May 19, 2000, in Little Rock, Arkansas, at the Baptist Medical Center. 

He was born April 2, 1928, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, the son of Hannibal Hobart and Bertha Louise Smith Armstrong. He was a graduate of Oklahoma University, obtaining a degree in Geology. 

Survivors include one son; Jeffery Armstrong, one daughter; Christine Maric Pontbriand, and Five Grandchildren. 

The family will be conducting a memorial service, Saturday, May 27, 2000, at 2:00 p.m., in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel. All arrangements were made under the direction of Rollins Funeral Home in Rogers, Arkansas.
