City Car Dealer Allen Early, 50, Dies in Hospital

Allen Early, 50, veteran Oklahoma City automobile dealer, died of pneumonia Thursday in St. Anthony hospital here after an illness of several weeks. Services are pending at the Smith & Kernke funeral home.

The family has requested that no flowers be sent, but that rather, contributions be made to the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis.

Early owned and operated a used car lot at 710 S. Robinson. Born in Breckenridge, Ky., he came to Oklahoma City in 1926.

A member of the Christian church, he was a 32nd degree Mason and a member of the Shriner's mounted patrol here. He also belonged to the Eastern Star lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Flo Ethel Early, of the home at 2817 Lancaster drive: one daughter, Mrs. Robert F. Olson, lake Arrowhead. Ca li fl.: n Krister, Edna Thompson, Trenton, Mo.; and two grandchildren.

 

Burial: Rose Hill Burial Park
