Ralph “Jimmie” Miles, Oklahoma City, Okla., passed
away June 15, 2017. Jimmie was born in Feb. 21, 1937
in Wilson, Kan. to Raymond and Mabel (Black) Miles.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife,
Karen, in 2016; sister, Mary Ann; and brother, Gene.
He is survived by his five children, Bret Miles and
wife June, Terry Miles, Trent Miles and wife Carla,
Brad Miles and wife Lisa, and daughter, Trudy
Hubbard and husband Mike. He was a grandfather to 13
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 1-8 p.m. Monday, June
19 with family present to greet guests from 7-8 p.m.
at Buchanan Funeral Service, Oklahoma City.
Services to celebrate his life will be at 10 a.m.
Tuesday, June 20 in the chapel of Buchanan Funeral
Service with burial to follow at the
Resurrection
Memorial Cemetery.

Miles was born on February 3rd, 1940, fourth child
of Rudy and Ruby Smischny, in Ellsworth County. She
passed away on Monday, February 15, 2016 at her home
in Oklahoma City, OK. She was married to Jim Miles
on August 10, 1958.
She was a housewife and mother of
five children, sons Bret Miles and wife June, Terry
Miles, Trent Miles and wife Carla, Brad Miles and
wife Lisa, and daughter Trudy Hubbard and husband
Mike. She was a grandmother to thirteen
grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be at Buchanan
Funeral Service on Wednesday, February 17, 2016,
from Noon until 8 PM with the family receiving
guests from 6-8. Services to celebrate her life will
be 2:00 pm, Thursday, February 18, 2016, in the
Chapel at Buchanan Funeral Service with burial to
follow at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery.
