Ray 0. Oppenheimer, 52-year old former Oklahoma City resident, died Thursday at the home of a friend, Mrs. J. W. Boulton 1701 NE 63, after a long illness.

 Rites are set for 10:30 am. Saturday in the Smith & Kernke funeral chapel, with interment at Rose Hill Abbey. Born at Fort Worth, Oppenheimer had lived at San Antonio for the last eight years. He was a member of the Southwestern Shoe Travelers association

He is survived by his wife. of the home; his mother, Mrs. Louisa Oppenheimer, Fort Worth. two sisters Miss Gordon Oppenheimer also of Fort Worth, and Mrs. Augusta Bateman, San Antonio, and two nephews.
