William Spiva Rites Planned at Stillwater
STILLWATER, Aug. 13 --Services for
William Lee Spiva, 75, will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the
Southside Baptist church of Stillwater. Interment in Fairlawn
cemetery [Stillwater] directed by Poteet funeral home of Pawnee.
A retired farmer, Spiva died Sunday
in his home at Stillwater. He was born Feb. 13, 1881 in Hot
Springs, Ark. and had lived around Pawnee and Stillwater for the
past 35 years. He was a member of the Stillwater Church of
Christ.
Surviving are his wife,. Mary
Katherine. of the home, two sons; Ralph Spiva. route I,
Stillwater. and Louis Spiva. El Monte. Calif.; one
granddaughter; three .brothers Jonas Spiva, Stillwater; John and
Frank Spi v a, Hot Springs, Ark.; and two sisters, Mr& Dave
McGrew. Hot Springs, Ark., and Mrs. Belle Matthews, Ontario,
Ore.
