Mrs. Hattie Clements
Mrs. Hattie Clements, 75 years, a former resident of Commerce, died early today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Virgil Kennedy, at Cardin. Besides the daughter, Mrs. Clements is survived by a son, Jesse Clements of Los Angeles, Cal; three other daughters, Mrs. C.P. Weddington of Commerce, Mrs. Hugh Stevens of North Miami and Mrs. Arthur Reed of Turkey Ford; 26 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday at the Commerce Christian Church. The Rev. John Humphries of Cardin will officiate. Burial will be in G.A.R. Cemetary under the direction of Mitchelson Undertaking Co. Grandsons of Mrs. Clements will serve as paulbearers.
