Floyd O. “Mike” Mott
Floyd O. “Mike” Mott, of Picher Okla., died at 1
a.m. Saturday at his home. The merchant was 43 years old. He had lived
in the district for the past 25 years. He had been employed by the Tri-State
Lead & Zinc company for 10 years, and had owned and operated a grocery
store in Picher Okla., and had recently, had worked for a short time for
the B.F. Goodrich company of Miami Okla. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Naomi
Mott, two sons and a daughter, all of Picher Okla., John Charles, Larry
Bill and Charlotte Rose, his parents the Rev. & Mrs. J.H. Mott of Picher
Okla., two brothers, Laurence Mott of Merced Calif., and Vance Mott, of
Aberdale Arizona & one sister, Mrs. Glen Spencer of Hollywood Calif.
Burial will be in G.A.R. cemetery of Miami Okla.
