I have had this document since 2014 and have not found the time to annotate it. It is in very poor condition, with water damage, insect damage, light pencil entries, but readable handwriting. There is some question who would find it useful. Your response will determine this, no or poor response will result in the original going to Oklahoma Historical Archives without an index, so the only people likely to use the document are scholars. If you decide to annotate the entries here, I will enter them into the file, and on my next trip to OHS I will include the index with the document and they may put the index in the library where Quinton researchers can read it and then request the original if needed. With out this index all researchers will know is that there is a retail ledger from Quinton from the 1920’s. I will also provide a copy of the index and images to PCGHS.

I do not expect any one individual to do the whole project, but would like each entry to cover a whole page, but I am prepared to take a partial page if necessary. For each page response provide: File Name, Page number series, Dates on page, and in the description the names of the individuals you can read and any other information you think researchers may be interested in.

I will check for replies periodically, and update the index as I have the time.

My next trip to OHS will occur some time in the next 12 months.
