Our society dues are $10.00 per year.  We meet on the 3^rd Tuesday of each month at the Cartwright Memorial Library. 

We welcome stories and pictures from Clayton or surrounding areas from anyone that wants to share with us.  We want pictures of buildings, churches, or people, with information concerning the picture.  We will copy to our files and return the original or you can email it to us.  

We publish a newsletter quarterly with information and a story.  We welcome any information that may help people do research or of interest. 

We are beginning to build our genealogy records with books of surrounding graveyards, who is buried where, etc., some census information of different counties in the early 1900’s, books of the Indian Rolls, many copies of the “Chronicles of Oklahoma” and “Genealogical Helper”.   We are beginning to purchase some CD’s that will have information on different biographies and maps of different states for research purposes.  Listed below are the states we now have available:

 We are gathering more stories for our second volume.  Anyone that would like to send us a story of something they remember of Clayton or surrounding area,
please send or email it to us.  We need all the help we can get.

Contains all the pictures from the 8 calendars we have published since 2005
$35.00 plus $5.00 shipping

2013 Calendars are ready. $10.00 each or mailed $12.00. Send requests to our email or they are available at the Clayton Tag Agency or the Clayton Post Office

 We are always looking for and need old pictures of interest, plus a short description of who, when, what, and where.
