State of Oklahoma, County of Pushmataha.
 
IN THE MATTER OF THE APPOINTMENT OF JURY COMMISSIONER.
 
It appearing that James M. Baggett, whose political party is Republican, and who is a resident of the Third County Commissioners District of said Pushmataha County, T. Y. Rutherford whose political party is Democrat and who is a resident of the Second County Commissioners District of said Pushmataha County, and J. S. Bagwell whose political party is Democrat, and who is a resident of the First County Commissioners District of said Pushmataha County, are all discreet, honorable and reputable persons, that none of them are interested in any cause, civil or criminal, pending in any Court of this State, and that they all have the qualifications of jurors, it is therefore ordered that they be and they are hereby appointed Jury Commissioners within and for said County, to hold said office for the period of one year from January 1st A. D. 1909.
 
And it is ordered that said persons shall constitute a board of jury commissioners for the District and County Courts of said Pushmataha County.
 
It is further ordered that the Clerk of the District Court shall record this order on the Journal of said Court and notify said persons of their appointment and it is further ordered that a copy of this order be recorded on the Journal of the County Court of said County, and it is ordered that said board meet and select names of persons to constitute the Juries of the District and County Court as required by law.

OATH OF JURY COMMISSIONERS.
 
We, James M. Baggett, T. Y. Rutherford and J. S. Bagwell, do solemnly swear that we will support, obey and defend the constitution of the United States, and of the State of Oklahoma, and that we will honestly, faithfully and impartially discharge the duties as Jury Commissioners.
