JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 115. OATH OF JURY COMMISSIONERS. We, the undersigned Jury Commissioners, of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma duly appointed for the year 1910, do solemnly swear that we will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States, and the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, and that we will each of us will honestly, faithfully and impartially discharge our duties as Jury Commissioners, that we have not knowingly violated any election law of this State or procure it to be done by others, that we will not receive any money or other valuable thing for the performance or non performance of any act or duty as Jury Commissioners, other than the compensation allowed by law.
