Received the within Writ January 27th, 1910, and served the same on the persons within named, at the time and in the manner following, to-wit: O. M. Young, February 2nd, 1910 E. Kincaid, February 2nd, 1910 B. C. Caldwell, February 3rd, 1910 L. C. Donica, February 3rd, 1910 Sam Edward, February 3rd, 1910 W. E. Wilson, February 3rd, 1910 By delivering to each of said persons in said county a true and certified copy of the within Venire. The following persons within named I cannot find in my county; Frank Meyers and J. E. Shoate. I necessarily traveled in serving said Writ. In serving first persons 17 miles from first to second person 12 miles from second to third person 10 miles; from third to fourth 15 miles; from fourth to fifth 32 miles; from fifth to sixth 10 miles. Service and return, first person, $0.50 Serving 5 additional person, $1.25 Mileage 96 miles, $9.60 6 copies, $1.56 Not found 2, $0.10 Total: $12.95 Wm. Ellis, Sheriff By W. W. Butlers, Deputy Received the within Writ January 27th, 1910, and served the same on the persons within named, at the times and in the manner following, to-wit: Lee Borden, February 4th, 1910 Ross Bell, February 4th, 1910 By leaving for each of said persons at their usual place of residence of each in said County, a true and certified copy of the within summons. I necessarily traveled in serving said Writ. In serving first person 15 miles; from first to second person 10 miles. 25 miles return to Tuskahoma. Serving 2 additional person, $0.50 Mileage 50 miles, $5.00 2 copies, $0.50 Total: $6.00 Wm. Ellis, Sheriff By Tom Smith, Deputy Received this Writ on the 27th day of January, 1910, and at 6 o'clock, P.
