JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 124 EMPANELLING PETIT JURY Now on this 7th day of February 1910, comes William Ellis, sheriff of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and return into open court the Venire for Petit Jurors for the February 1910, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, duly selected, drawn and summons as provided by law; and now the said Venire being called by the Clerk; and the following named persons lawfully selected, drawn and summoned for Petit Jurors were found present, to-wit: Jim Baldwin Ross Bell J. A. Bishop Lee Borden W. C. Brown R. E. Byrd B. C. Caldwell J. T. Dean L. C. Donica Walter Earhart Guy Easley Walter Emery Geo. G. Farr E. M. Gladney Jon Gray R. E. Hamby Joe Harkey E. Kincaid C. A. LeMaster W. M. McGahey J. M. Milam S. K. Newcomb E. H. Pittman W. H. Riggs E. T. Stone Oscar Willingham Robert Woods O. M. Young And are duly sworn by the Clerk to answer truthfully all question that may be asked of them touching their competencies and qualifications as Petit Jurors and thereupon they were interrogated by the County Attorney, and by the Court touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors, and now the court deeming it expedient doth excuse and discharge the following named persons summoned as Petit Jurors, to-writ: J. T. Dean Walter Emery Joe Harkey Oscar Willingham And thereupon the above remaining Jurors were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for the February 1910 Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma.
