VENIRE FOR GRAND JURY To the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING: You are hereby commanded to forthwith summons: R. B. Amick J. C. Ballard W. F. Bassham J. B. Bowles R. B. Burnett C. W. Coons N. R. Donica R. D. Fitzgerald Theo Hollins W. T. Hughes R. N. Hurd Orus Leathers L. D. McKinney Dr. J. H. Miller Geo. W. Self W. C. Shilling J. M. Smith J. J. Webb S. B. Wyatt To be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said county, in the city of Antlers, on the 5th day of September 1910, at 8:30 A. M., of said day to serve as Grand Jurors at the September 1910, Term of said Court. You will make due return of this WRIT as soon as you have executed the same. Witness my hand and the seal of said Court, this 20th day of August 1910. (Signed) P. W. Hudson, District Clerk. SHERIFF'S RETURN. I hereby certify that I received this writ on the 20th day of August 1910, and served the same on the following named persons by delivering to each of them a true copy thereof, to-wit: J. B.
