RE-EMPANELLING GRAND JURY.
 
Now on this the 6th day of September 1910, the same being a day of the regular September 1910, Term of the District Court, of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma.
 
One of the Grand Jurors, to-wit, Theo Hollins, heretofore empanelled as one of the Grand Jurors for this term of court, reported sick and unable to act further as such Grand Juror, and that the Foreman and all the Grand Jurors were present in open court and the court excused the said Theo Hollins and ordered that the Grand Jury be re-empanelled, and further ordered that another Grand Jurors be called and J. C. Smith, being called and answered to his name, and being duly sworn by the clerk to answer truthfully all question that may be asked him touching his qualification as Grand Juror, who showed himself to possess the qualification required by law, and thereupon the following names were called, twelve in number lawfully selected, drawn and summoned, being without legal excuse, and being shown to possess all the qualifications for Grand Jurors as required by law, are taken to-wit:

J. B. Bowles
R. B. Burnett
C. W. Coones
N. R. Donica
R. D. Fitzgerald
R. N. Hurd
Orus Leathers
Dr. J. H. Miller
G. W. Self
J. M. Smith
J. J. Webb
 
And now Dr. J. H. Miller is by the Court appointed Foreman of the Grand Jury and is sworn as such foreman in the manner provided by law; and now the remainder of the panel are sworn in the manner provided by law; and the said Twelve persons are lawfully empanelled as the Grand Jury for the September 1910, Term of this Court, and are now charged by the Court touching their duties; and now J. H. Hampton is by the Court appointed Bailiff for the Grand Jury and is duly sworn as such; and thereupon the Grand Jury retired in charge of their sworn bailiff to take up business before them.
