In the District Court of Pushmataha County.
 
IN THE MATTER OF DRAWING GRAND AND PETIT JURIES.
 
I, Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, hereby certify to  Peter W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court in and for said Pushmataha County, that Twenty four persons are required for Grand Jurors for the February 1909, Term of the District Court of said Pushmataha County, and I further certify that thirty persons are required for Petit Jurors for the said February Term of said Court, and I hereby order and direct that the names of Fifty four persons be drawn from the jury box of the District Court of said Pushmataha County on Saturday January 16, 1909, at nine o'clock A. M., in the manner required by law, by the said Peter W. Hudson, Clerk of said Court and Wm. Ellis, Sheriff of said Pushmataha County; and I further order and direct that as soon as said drawing is completed, the said Clerk shall issue a venire for the twenty four persons whose names are first drawn from said box, to be and appear before the District Court of said Pushmataha County, on Monday February 1st A. D. 1909 at nine o'clock A. M. to serve as Grand Jurors for said term of the Court.
           
And I further order and direct that the said Clerk shall issue a venire for the remaining thirty persons whose names were so drawn summoning them to be and appear before said Court on Monday February 1st 1909 at nine o'clock A. M. to serve as Petit Jurors for said term of the Court.
           
I further order and direct that the Clerk of said Court record this certificate upon the journal of said Court and that said Clerk and Sheriff each make a record of all his proceedings hereunder, which shall be recorded upon the journal of said Court.

SUMMONS TO DRAW JURIES.
 
The State of Oklahoma, to the William Ellis, Sheriff of Pushmataha County.
           
You are hereby commanded to appear at the Office of the Clerk of the District Court within and for Pushmataha County, on the 16th day of January 1909, at 9 o'clock A. M. of said day to assist in drawing the Grand and Petit Juries for the February 1909 term of the District Court, to be begun and held in Antlers, in said Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, on the 1st day of February 1909.
