IN RE THE MATTER OF DRAWING OF AN ADDITIONAL PETIT JURORS FOR THE SEPTEMBER 1910, TERM OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
 
I, William Ellis, do hereby certify that I am duly elected, setting and qualified sheriff of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma.
 
That on this the 9th day of September 1910, I was summoned by P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, to be and appear at the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of said County, forthwith, to assist in drawing an additional petit jurors for the September 1910, Term of the District Court in and for said County.
 
That pursuant to said summons, on this the 9th day of September 1910, I appeared at the office of the Clerk of the District Court of said County, that there were present at said time and place, P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court, and myself and that no other persons were present.
 
That thereupon the said P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District aforesaid and I, William Ellis, sheriff of said County, took the jury box containing on separate slips of paper the names of the persons, selected and returned on the 6th day of July 1910, by the Jury Commissioners of said County, to serve as Jurors, and did thoroughly shake the same. We then together in the presence of each other opened said Jury Box and after placing the same in such a position that neither of us could see into, we drew therefrom alternately, beginning with the said P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court, and followed by me, the said William Ellis, Sheriff, one name at a time and recorded the same, which drawing and recorded continued until the required number of Petit Jurors were drawn and recorded.
 
We thereupon destroyed all the slips of paper containing the names of the Jurors so drawn and recorded from said Jury Box and securely locked the said Jury Box as required by law.
 
That the following are the names so drawn and recorded by me for the said Petit Jurors, and are the names drawn and recorded by me:

Ellis Colbert
C. H. Gee
T. B. Howard
J. C. Hughes
T. J. Liman
John Ludy
H. A. Woodall
