FEBRUARY 1911, TERM.
Monday, February 6th, 1911.
 
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on this the 6th day of February 1911, the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, Convened in regular session. Present and presiding, the Honorable Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and also present, A. J. Arnote, Esq. County Attorney, P. W. Hudson, Clerk and C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff.
 
And public proclamation having been duly and lawfully made of the convening of the Court, and the following proceeding were had, to-wit:
 
PETIT JURY.
 
On this the 6th day of February 1911, the same being a day of the regular February 1911, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and returned into open Court the Venire for Petit Jury for this term of Court, and the following jurors being present and answered to their names, to-wit:
