Received the within writ January 19th, 1911, at 11 o'clock A. M., and served the same on the persons within named, at the times and in the manner following, to-wit: Dan Bryant, January 31, 1911 R. C. Files, January 31, 1911 W. M. Merryman, January 31, 1911 By delivering to each of said persons in said county a true and certified copy of the within Venire. I necessarily traveled in serving said writ; in serving first person 14 miles. Service and return 3 person, $1.50 Mileage 14 miles, $1.40 3 copies, $0.75 Total $3.65 (Signed) C. E. BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on this the 6th day of February 1911, the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, Convened in regular session. Present and presiding, the Honorable Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and also present, A. J. Arnote, Esq. County Attorney, P. W. Hudson, Clerk and C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff. And public proclamation having been duly and lawfully made of the convening of the Court, and the following proceeding were had, to-wit: PETIT JURY. On this the 6th day of February 1911, the same being a day of the regular February 1911, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and returned into open Court the Venire for Petit Jury for this term of Court, and the following jurors being present and answered to their names, to-wit: Geo. W. Bell T. P. Blackwell Dan Bryant Ed Coffee Monta Donica J. Doniho N. C. Faulkner R. C. Files Mike Hamby C. A. Hurd Claud McCarty W. M. Merryman J. M. Nabor S. K. Newcomb Barney Noel William Orr J. M. Perry G. R. Randell Hiram Reed L. W. Smith Mat M. Smith W. M. Smith W. M. Stracerner John Thompson W. B. Tow S. S. Wells O. G. Wheeler Lawrence Winn Ed Yaden B. Zimmerman Who were lawfully selected, drawn, served and shown to possess all the qualifications required by law as Petit Jurors for this term of the District Court, in the State of Oklahoma, the following jurors were excused for cause, to-wit: B. C. Caldwell J. Doniho Barney Noel W. M. Stracerner BAILIFFS FOR THIS TERM OF COURT. By the recommendation of the sheriff, the following persons were appointed bailiffs for this term of Court by the Court, to-wit: L. E. Davis and Paul C.
