JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 275 & 276 Saturday, February 11th, 1911 Court convened pursuant to adjournment; Present and presiding the Honorable Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma and also present: A. J. Arnote, Esq. County Attorney, P. W. Hudson, Clerk and C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff. Whereupon the following proceedings were had, to-wit: SPECIAL VENIRE. To the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING: You are hereby commanded to forthwith summon Fifteen (15) citizens of said County, having the qualifications of jurors, to be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers, on the 11th day of February 1911, at 8:30 o'clock A. M. of said day to serve as Petit Jurors at the February 1911, Term of said Court. You will make due return of this Writ as soon as you have executed the same. Witness my hand and the seal of said Court this 10th day of February 1911. (Signed) P. W. Hudson, District Clerk. SHERIFF'S RETURN. I hereby certify that I received the above and foregoing Writ on the 10th day of February 1911, and served the same upon the following named persons by delivering to each of them a true copy thereof, to-wit: J. H. Boon J. H. Clutch J. J. Cochran John Davis I. H. Dunham G. W. Gill J. W. Hooker John Pfaff Frank Pratt John Redden P. S. Sisson I. O. Sontz J. W. Waller J. D.
