February 6th, 1912.

BE IT REMEMBERED THAT ON THIS the 6th day of February 1912, the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, convened pursuant to adjournment. Present and presiding the Honorable Summers Hardy, Judge of the District Court, and also present A. J. Arnote, Esq. County Attorney, P. W. Hudson, Clerk and C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff. Whereupon the following proceedings were had, to-wit:

EMPANELLING THE PETIT JURY FOR THIS TERM OF COURT.

Now on this the 6th day of February 1912, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, and returned into open Court the Venire for Petit Jurors for the February 1912, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, duly selected, drawn and summoned as provided by law and now the Venire being called by the Clerk and the following named jurors are found present, to-wit:

J. T. Payne
L. L. Ray
T. J. Robinson
A. L. Severs
L. A. Smith
W. H. Thompson
L. B. Williams
John Wilson
G. B. Wolfe

And are duly sworn by the Clerk to answer truthfully all questions that may be demanded of them touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors for this term of Court, and thereupon they were interrogated by the County Attorney and by the Court touching their qualifications as Petit Jurors, and were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for this term of Court, and now the Court deeming it expedient doth excuse and discharge the following named persons summoned as Petit Jurors for this term of Court for cause, to-wit:

W. E. Leslie
L. L. Ray
L. A. Smith
L. B. Williams
John Wilson

And thereafter on the day it appearing to the Court that there are not sufficient number of Jurors in the present panel, it is therefore ordered by the Court that Open Venire for Petit Jurors issued by the Clerk to the Sheriff to forthwith summons Ten (10) good and lawful men from the body of the County, which is in words and figures as follows, to-wit:

To the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING:

You are hereby commanded to forthwith summon Ten (10) good citizens of said County, having the qualifications of jurors, to be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers, on the 6th day of February 1912, at 1:30 o'clock P. M., of said day to serve as Petit Jurors at the February 1912, Term of said Court. You will make due return of this Writ as soon as you have executed the same.
