In the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma. Fifth Judicial District.

IN RE THE DRAWING OF THE GRAND AND PETIT JURIES FOR THE FEBRUARY 1909 TERM OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA RETURN OF DISTRICT CLERK.

I, Peter W. Hudson, do hereby certify that I am duly elected acting and qualified Clerk of the District Court in and for Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma.

That pursuant to an order of the Honorable Malcolm E. Rosser, Judge of the District Court of said County and State, dated January 9th 1909, I summoned William Ellis, Sheriff of said County, to be and appear at my Office in said County, on the 16th day of January 1909, at 9 o'clock A. M., to assist in drawing the Grand and Petit Juries for the February 1909, Term of said Court.

Thereupon I, Peter W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court and the said William Ellis, Sheriff of said County, took the jury box, containing on separate slips of paper the names of the persons selected and returned on the 4th day of January 1909, by the Jury Commissioners of said County, to serve as jurors, and did thoroughly shake the same. We then together in the presence of each other opened said jury box and after placing in such position that neither of us could see into it, we drew therefrom alternately, beginning with the said Peter W. Hudson, District Clerk and followed by said William Ellis, sheriff, one name at a time and recorded the same, which drawing and recording continued until the required number of Grand and Petit Juries were drawn and recorded.

We thereupon destroyed all the slips of paper containing the names of the jurors as drawn from said box and securely locked said box as required by Law.

That the following are the names as drawn and recorded by me for said Grand Jurors and are the names first drawn and recorded by me.

Hudson, Clerk of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and complete copy of the list of Grand and Petit Jurors drawn and recorded by me, on January 16th 1909. In Testimony whereof, I hereto set my hand and seal this the 16th day of January 1909.
