JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 461. BE IT REMEMBERED THAT ON THIS THE 3rd day of September 1912, the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, convened in pursuant to adjournment. Present and presiding the Honorable A. H. Ferguson, Judge of the District Court, and also present, A. J. Arnote, Esq. County Attorney, C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff and P. W. Hudson, Clerk. Whereupon the following proceedings were had, to-wit: EMPANELLING PETIT JURY. On this the 3rd day of September 1912, the same being a judicial day of the regular September 1912, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, and returned into Court the venire for Petit Jury for this term of Court, and the following jurors being found present and answered to their names, to-wit: J. W. Anderson Robert Bohanan D. J. Bond Ed Brown A. H. Burnham W. A. Butler Gates Carlisle J. A. Davis H. C. Devoe R. D. Fitzgerald M. A. Flemming D. H. Goodrich G. W. Hall W. W. Harper W. F. Hobbs P. J. Hudson A. B. Impson J. H. Klutts W. J. Latham E. J. Lindley W. H. Maynard F. M. McAlreath Andy McFarland F. M. McPhearson J. W. Milam J. F. Owens J. W. Phillips J. A. Redden W. N. Sumner S. S. Wells William Young Who were lawfully selected, drawn and summoned and were duly and lawfully sworn as to their qualifications and shown to possess all the qualifications of jurors and were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for this term of Court.
