Thursday, September 19th, 1912.
 
BE IT REMEMBERED THAT on this the 19th day of September 1912, the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, convened pursuant to adjournment. Present and presiding the Honorable T. D. McKeown, Judge of the District Court.
 
Whereupon the following proceedings were had, to-wit:
 
VENIRE FOR JURORS.
 
Now on this the 19th day of September 1912, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, into open Court with the Open Venire heretofore issued showing his return which is as follows, to-wit:
 
To the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING:
 
You are hereby commanded to forthwith summon Eighteen (18) citizens of said County. Having the qualifications of jurors, to be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers, on the 19th day of September 1912, at 8:30 A. M., of said day to serve as Petit Jurors at the September 1912, term of said Court.
 
You will make due return of this writ as soon as you have executed the same.
 
WITNESS my hand and the seal of said Court this 18th day of September 1912.

SHERIFF'S RETURN.
 
I hereby certify that I received the above and foregoing Writ on the 18th day of September 1912, and served the same upon the following named persons by delivering to each of them a true copy thereof, to-wit:

And the said venire being called by the Clerk of this Court, and the above named persons being all present and answer to their names, except, Peter Hutmacker, Lewis Barcome and W. M. Smith, and by agreement of parties the above jurors present were sworn as their qualifications as jurors, and shown to possess all the qualifications required by law, and thereafter, Peter Hutmacker and Lewis Barcome, who were absent when the venire was called, appear before the Court, and were duly sworn as to their qualifications as jurors, and they also shown to possess all the qualifications required b law, and for a good cause, the juror George Kincaid was by the Court excused from service as jurors, and thereupon it is ordered by the Court that the names of jurors be placed in the jury box, which was by the Clerk accordingly done.
