JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 551. ORDER EMPANELLING PETIT JURY. On this the 3rd day of June 1913, the same being a judicial day of the Adjourned term of the regular April 1913, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, comes C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and returned into Court the Venire for Petit Jury for this term of Court, and the following jurors were being found present and answered to their names, to-wit: A. H. Akard J. M. Armstrong Gilbert Baker H. P. Benham J. D. Bird W. S. Boling J. P. Cleaton G. W. Dunham J. E. Fitzgerald Cash Hale J. M. Johnson J. I. Lewis A. L. McIntosh J. S. McKee W. M. Nichols E. E. Nix Lee Noel K. A. Pickard T. J. Pierson Lum Shillings Mat M. Smith J. M. Stuart A. H. Tweedy A. J. Walker W. J. Warren C. H. White P. B. Whitesell John Woods Who were lawfully selected, drawn and summoned and were lawfully sworn as to their qualifications and shown to possess all the qualifications required by law of jurors and were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for this term of Court.
