JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 6. Order of Supreme Court, fixing term of District Court for the Fifth Judicial District of the State of Oklahoma. It is hereby ordered that terms of Court shall be held in and for the Fifth District Court Judicial District of the State of Oklahoma, in and for the following counties, at the place and commencing and ending as hereinafter set out, to-wit: In Pushmataha County, at Antlers, commencing on the 1st day of February, A. D. 1909, and to continue to and include the 27th day of February, A. D. 1909. In Latimer County, at Wilburton, commencing on the 1st day of March, A. D. 1909, and to continue to and include the 27th day of March, A. D. 1909. In Leflore County, at Poteau, commencing on the 5th day of April, A. D. 1909, and continuing to and to include the 29th day of May, A. D. 1909. In Haskell County, at Stigler, commencing on the 7th day of June, A. D. 1909, and to continue to and include the 24th day of July, A. D. 1909. Provided, that nothing in this order shall effect or invalidate any process, proceedings or orders heretofore issued, had or made in said Court. Done in open Court at the City of Guthrie, on this the 14th day of January, A. D. 1909. I, W. H. L. Campbell, Clerk of the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and complete copy of the order fixing terms of district court for the Fifth Judical District of the State of Oklahoma, as the same remain on file and of record in my office.
