JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 613 & 614. EMPANELLING PETIT JURY. On this the 6th day of November 1913, the Venire for Petit Jury for the November 1913, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, is called by the Clerk of the District Court, and the following named persons lawfully selected, drawn and summoned for Petit Jury are found present, to-wit: J. D. Beauchamp Will Clinton J. B. Cobb Alex Delph H. K. Hurd I. J. Impson W. E. Johnson Jeff Jones W. King W. T. Lucas T. T. McAnally Cloid McCarty S. B. McKinney T. M. McKinney C. S. Oats E. Payne A. L. Perryman Lee Pierce W. E. Richardson J. M. Ringwald J. H. Simmons W. C. Singleton Jim Smith J. W. Stapp T. S. Stone W. M. Townsend Olen Tucker W. P. Whiteside B. T. Williams L. J. Winton H. A. Woodall Who were sworn as to their qualifications as Petit Jurors and shown to possess all the qualifications required by law of jurors and were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for this term of Court. And the Court for cause excused and discharged the following jurors, from service as petit jurors, to-wit: J. B. Cobb H. K. Hurd S. B. McKinney A. L. Perryman W. P.
