IN RE THE DRAWING OF THE PETIT JURIES FOR THE APRIL 1914, TERM OF THE DISTRICT COURT OF PUSHMATAHA COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA.

I, P. W. Hudson, do hereby certify that I am duly elected, acting and qualified Clerk of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma.

That pursuant to an order of the Honorable Summers Hardy, Judge of the District Court of said County and State, dated March 12th, 1914, I summoned C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, to be and appear at my office in said County, on Saturday the 14th day of March 1914, at One Thirty (1:30) o'clock P. M., to assist in drawing the Petit Jurors for the April 1914, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma.

That on said 14th day of March 1914, at One Thirty (1:30) o'clock P. M., the said C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of said County, appeared at my office, and I, P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court aforesaid and the said C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of said County, aforesaid, took the Jury Box containing on separate slips of paper the names of persons selected and returned on the 7th day of January 1914, by the Jury Commissioners said County, to serve as Jurors, and did thoroughly shake the said Jury Box. We then together in the presence of each other opened the said jury box and after placing the same in such a position that neither of us could see into, we drew therefrom alternately beginning with the said P. W. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court aforesaid and followed by the said C. E. Stephenson, Sheriff of said County, one name at a time and recorded the same, which drawing and recording continued until the required number of Petit Jurors were drawn and recorded.

We thereupon destroyed all the slips of paper containing the names of jurors so drawn and recorded from said jury box and securely locked the same as required by law.

That the following are the names drawn and recorded by me for the said Petit Jury, to-wit:

W. J. Hogan of Antlers, Okla.
Theo Hollins of Finley, Okla.
N. H. Horn of Albion, Okla.
Edgar Miller of Antlers, Okla.
R. L. Payne of Albion, Okla.
K. A. Pickard of Jumbo, Okla.
D. L. Ray of Albion, Okla.
