JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 662. EMPANELLING PETIT JURY. On this the 7th day of April 1914, the Venire for Petit Jury for the April 1914, Term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, being called by the Clerk of the District Court, and the following named persons lawfully selected, drawn and summoned for Petit Jury are found present, to-wit: T. J. Beck H. P. Benham W. H. Blair J. W. Boggs Sim Bohanan John Bowles Dan Bryant W. W. Butler A. W. Cooper W. L. Davis N. R. Donica William Ellis R. E. Hamby Joe Harkey W. W. Harper W. A. Hearon J. E. Herndon W. J. Hogan Theo Hollins N. H. Horn C. C. Hudson Peter J. Hudson Walter Jones J. J. Littrell Edgar Miller R. L. Payne K. A. Pickard D. L. Ray Bill Satterfield Who were sworn as to their competencies and qualifications and shown to possess all the qualifications required by law and were duly empanelled as Petit Jury for this April 1914, Term of Court. And the Court for cause excused and discharged the following jurors from service as Petit Jurors for this term of Court, to-wit: W. W. Butler J. B. Dixon R. E. Hamby W. A. Hearon K. A.
