VENIRE FOR GRAND JURY
State of Oklahoma, County of Pushmataha.

To the Sheriff of Pushmathaa County, Greeting:

You are hereby commanded to forthwith summon.

James W. Grant
H. L. Hill
B. I. Lindley
W. H. Maynard
William Nichols

To be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers, on the 1st day of February 1909, at 8 o'clock A. M., of said day to serve as Grand Jurors at the February 1909, Term of said Court. You will make due return of this Writ as soon as you have executed the same.
