E. Thompson W. W. Upton C. H. White B. T. Williams W. Williams Dated this 15th day of September, 1909, Wm. Ellis, Sheriff, who after being duly and lawfully sworn to make true answers to all question that may be asked them touching their qualifications Petit Jurors for this term of Court and having shown their qualifications as Petit Jurors, were duly and lawfully impanelled as Special Petit Jury for this the September, 1909, term of this Court.
