In The District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, Fifth Judicial District. Friday, September 17th, 1909.
 
SPECIAL VENIRE WITH SHERIFF'S RETURN.
 
On this the 17th day of September 1909, the same being a day of the regular September 1909, term of the District Court of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, comes William Ellis, the sheriff of Pushmataha County, Oklahoma, and return into open the Special Venire, heretofore, to-wit, on the 16th day of September 1909, issued in compliance with the order made on the same day, to-wit:
 
SPECIAL VENIRE.
The State of Oklahoma, to the sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING:
 
You are hereby commanded forthwith summons Twenty (20) men, a citizens of said county, having the qualifications of jurors, to be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers, on the 17th day of September 1909, at 8:30 o'clock A. M., of said day to serve as Petit Jurors at the September 1909, term of said court. You will make due return of this writ as soon as you have executed the same.

SHERIFF'S RETURN.
I hereby certify that I received the above and foregoing writ on the 16th day of September 1909, and served the same upon the following named persons by delivering to each of them a true copy thereof, to-wit:

Dated 17th day of September 1909, Wm. Ellis, Sheriff, by O. R. McMullen, Deputy, who after being duly sworn to make true answer to all question that they may be asked them touching their qualifications as Petit Jury, and for cause Wm. Gardner was by the court excused, and the remainder showing their qualifications as Petit Jurors, were duly and lawfully impaneled as Petit Jury for this September, 1909, Term of the Court.
