JOURNAL 2 Pushmataha County, Oklahoma Transcribed by: Teresa Young Page 9. The State of Oklahoma, Pushmataha County. To the Sheriff of Pushmataha County, GREETING: You are hereby commanded to forthwith summon. W. T. Hughes C. C. Plumley B. M. Tucker Arch Young To be and appear before the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, at the Court House of said County, in the City of Antlers on the 1st day of February 1909, at 8 o'clock A. M., of said day to serve as Grand Jurors at the February 1909, Term of said Court. You will make due return of this Writ as soon as you have executed the same. Witness my hand and the seal of said Court, this 16th day of January 1909. P. W. Hudson, District Clerk. SHERIFF'S RETURN. I hereby certify that I received this Writ on the 22nd day of January 1909, and served the same on the following named persons by delivering the each of them a true copy thereof, to wit: W. T. Hughes, Jan. 25th, 1909 C. C. Plumley, no date Arch Young, Jan. 22nd, 1909 And on the following named persons by leaving a true copy thereof at the usual place of residence of each of them respectively, to wit: B. M. Hudson, Clerk of the District Court of Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a full, true and complete copy of the Venire issue by me and the return of the sheriff as shown on the original now on file in my office, in the town of Antlers, Pushmataha County, State of Oklahoma.
