Record of Wills - No. 1 WILL OF LUCINDA WARD Know all men by these presents that I, Lucinda Ward of Garvin, Indian Territory, while in the possession of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament. (1) I hereby constitute and appoint Richard Arnold to be the sole Executor of my last will, directing my Executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of my estate. (2) After the payment of my said debts and funeral expenses I give, devise and bequeath all my lands, tenements and hereditaments, goods and chattels, and all other parts of my real and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, unto the said Richard Arnold my sole Executor, his heirs, administrators and assigns, to and for his and their absolute use and benefit. (3) In Testimony whereof I hereto set my hand and publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, in the presence of the witnesses named below, this 7th day of Sep. A. D. 1903.
