Graveside services for Eddie "Bubba" BASSHAM, 47, of Warner, were held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, with the Rev. Marion Graves officiating, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. BASSHAM was born July 26, 1953, in Vian, to Richard Grant BASSHAM and Minnie (YOUNG) BASSHAM. He died Tuesday, March 27, 2001, in Muskogee. Mr. BASSHAM married Nancy COPESTICK on March 31, 1981, in Corpus Christi, Texas. Survivors include his wife, Nancy, of the home; one daughter, Sandra Jane; two sons, Matthew Grant and Theodore Grant; one sister, Louise; and one brother, Bill. Mr. BASSHAM was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Nina LEE;; one nephew Richard Grant BASSHAM.
Funeral services for Clay Lindsey CARLETON, 79, of Tulsa , are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Heath-Griffith Memory Chapel in Tulsa. Graveside services are at 2 p.m. Saturday in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Service. Mr. CARLETON was born March 13, 1922, in Sadie, to Francis and Julia CARLETON. He died Thursday, March 29, 2001, in Tulsa. Survivors include his wife, Jewell of the home; two daughter, Cherry Lynn and Jo Ellen; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and one sister, Opal.
Funeral services for James Ralph CLARK, 78, of Quinton, formerly of Sequoyah County, were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Ray Griffin and Mr. Leonard Wade Wood officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. CLARK was born July 6, 1922, in Fayetteville, Ark., to J.W. "Bud" CLARK and Alabama "Bam" (ROBERTS) CLARK. He died Thursday, March 22, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr. CLARK married Elsie BLACK on March 6, 1947, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Elsie CLARK of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Jan and Keith; one granddaughter; one great-grandson; three sisters, Gertrude, Mabel, and Nelda. He was preceded in death by four sisters, Lois CLARK, Eula CLARK, Hazel PINKERTON and Grace GUNTER; and one brother, Paul CLARK.
Ramona Sue FRANKS, 68, of Tulsa, were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Moores Eastlawn Chapel in Tulsa. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Friday at Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw under the direction of Moore Funeral Home, Inc. in Tulsa. Miss FRANKS died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, in Tulsa.

Burial is in Lee's Chapel Cemetery, south of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. GRAY was born March 25, 1923, in Hartford, Ark., to William Thomas GRAY and Ethel (HOLT) GRAY. He died Wednesday March 28, 2001, in Muldrow. Mr. GRAY married Mary Ann CARR on Nov. 30, 1941, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ann GRAY of the home; one daughter, Sherry; four sons, Leon, Larry Don, Anthony Kent, and Clinton Dean; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Tommy, Bill and Johnny; and one uncle, Bud.

Mr. HARRIS was born Oct. 7, 1919, in Van Buren, Ark., to James and Katie HARRIS. He died Tuesday, March 27, 2001, in Cowlington. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Dianne and Donald; one son, Danny; four grandchildren; and one great-grandson. Mr. HARRIS was preceded in death by his wife, Marzel; one daughter, Palleta CAIRNS; his parents and two brothers, Earl and Finis HARRIS.

Mr. PHILLIPS was preceded in death by his parents, Henry M. and Beulah PHILLIPS; one brother, Jimmy PHILLIPS; and two sisters, Cleta MANSFIELD and Mildred LARGENT.

He died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, in Sallisaw. Mr. PRUITT married Glorili Anne LOGAN Sept. 27, 1963, in Hillsboro, Ore. Survivors include his wife, Glorili A. PRUITT of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Leann and David; one son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Aretha; one granddaughter; four sisters, Pearl, Lucille, Lois, and Dorothy; five brothers, Troy, Donald, George, Jimmy and Loye. Mr. PRUITT was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Bessie Marie PRUITT.

Mr. RELEFORD was born Feb. 4, 1951, in Fort Smith, to Charles Eugene Cravens and Mary Alice RELEFORD. He died Thursday, March 22, 2001, in a Fort Smith, hospital. Survivors include his companion, Margie; two daughters, Donnett La'Shawn, and Sheryl; one son, Charles Eugene III; four grandchildren; and four sisters, Barbara , Sandra, Phillis, and Beverly; and one brother, Gary Lee.

Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. SHARP was born Dec. 30, 1917, in Sallisaw, to Joe A. WILSON and Martha J. (BRACKETT) WILSON. She died Wednesday, March 28, 2001, in Sallisaw. Mrs. SHARP married William Lee "Bill" SHARP Jr., Oct. 13, 1941, at the First Baptist Church in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on July 19, 1992. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Jan; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Mr. BARNES was born July 15, 1941, in Steadman, Mo., to Henry Clay LANGLEY and Vera Juanita (HARRISON) LANGLEY. She died Tuesday, April 3, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs. BARNES married Alton James BARNES June 15, 1941 in Spiro. Survivors include her husband Alton J. BARNES of the home; six daughters, Sheila, Vera, Juanita, Kim, Rhonda and Cynthia; three sons, Charlie, Clay and Mark; 20 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one sister, Glenda; and three brothers, Wilburn, Jerry and Melvin.

Mr. HARAWAY married Delia Lea NOLEN on May 15, 1952, Van Buren, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Delia L. Mr. STUMP married Sherry Marie BUZZARD April 12, 1946 in Sequoyah County. Mr. STUMP was preceded in death by his wife, Sherry STUMP, April 12, 1946; two brothers, Willard in 1956 and Johnny in 1942; and three half-sisters.

Survivors include former husband, Frank COOPER; three daughters, Louise, Shirley, and Mary; two sons, Frankie and Jim; six sisters, Mable, Frances, Myrtle, Iva, Sally, and Maryetta; two brothers, Delbert and Fred; 20 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren. Mrs. RAGSDALE was also preceded in death by her parents; four sons, Mark ARNWINE, Joe Michael RAGSDALE, Tommy Wayne RAGSDALE and Larry RAGSDALE; one brother, Elzie STANLEY; one grandson, Eric RAGSDALE; and one great-granddaughter, Cassandra WINSETT.

Mrs. ROGERS was born Sept. 29, 1917, in Gans, to Leonard Melton TAYLOR and Georgia Ann (SMITH) TAYLOR. She died Saturday, April 7, 2001, in Sallisaw. She married Earl ROGERS May 6, 1933, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death Sept. 25, 1991. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Velma and Daniel and Cristene and Jim; five sons and daughters-in-law, Vearl Dean and Jackie, Wilburn and Polly, Garlen and Annabel, Hubert Dale and Roy Wayne and Pam; 19 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; one brother, the Rev. Elbert; two half sister, Pat and betty; three half-brothers, Merle Gene, Franklin and Jerry; and one daughter-in-law, Phyllis. Mrs. ROGERS was also preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Arlen Lesley and Marchel Leaun ROGERS; three brothers, Clarence, Edd and Dick TAYLOR; one sister, Lorene TAYLOR; and one half sister, Lorene TAYLOR, as an infant.

Funeral services for Reba Jo COBB, 70, of Webbers Falls were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Millsap Chapel in Webbers Falls. Burial was in Zion Hill Cemetery in Henderson, Texas, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls. Mrs. COBB was born Dec. 30, 1930, in Henderson, to Chester and Irma (BROOKS) DEASON. She died Tuesday, April 10, 2001, at her home. She married Johnny COBB in 1960 in Houston. He preceded her in death. Survivors include her mother, Irma; two sons, Odell and Jimmy Dale; one daughter, Linda; one brother, Jamie; five sisters, Mary, Darlene, Jetta, Shirlene and Barbara; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Mrs. COBB was also preceded in death by one brother, Buddy DEASON.
Graveside services for Francis N. JOHNSON, 76, of Charleston, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Hickory Ridge Cemetery, east of Lavaca, Ark., with the Rev. Elton Pennington officiating. Mr. JOHNSON was born Aug. 20, 1924, in Jackson, Miss. He died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, at the Fort Smith Rehab Center in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Bonnie of the home; two daughters, Leanna and Melody; two sons, Randy and Michael; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Smith Mortuary Inc., in Charleston.
Graveside services for Robert Leon REEVES, 60, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Old Union Cemetery in Hackett, Ark. Mr. REEVES died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. Survivors include his wife, Katherine (MOORE) REEVES of the home; two sons, Dwayne and Brent; four stepdaughters; one stepson; one brother, Jim; four grandchildren; and four step-grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.
Funeral services for Bob SHARP, 59, of the Maple community were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, with the Revs. Shawn Money and Dale Doss officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. SHARP was born May 13, 1941, in Hanson, to Houston and Audrey (EDWARDS) SHARP. He died Tuesday, April 10, 2001, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Judy COPELAND Nov. 14, 1959, in Stilwell. She preceded him in death July 25, 2000. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and David and Lisa and Danny; three sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Kim, and Gary and Jerri and Mike and Misty; his mother, Audrey; one sister, Sue; four brothers, Don, Roger, Rick and Gary; nine grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. Mr. SHARP was also preceded in death by one brother, Bill SHARP.
Graveside services for Louis J. WATKINS, 81, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Marble City Cemetery, with Harold Watkins officiating. Mr. WATKINS was born March 14, 1920, in Cookson Hills, to George W. Watkins and Minnie May (TOUNZEN) WATKINS. He died Wednesday, April 11, 2001, in Sallisaw. He married Katy E. NELSON April 14, 1978, in Las Vegas. Survivors include his wife, Katy WATKINS of the home; 11 children, Gene, Tony, Bob, Connie, Debbie, Terry, Greg, Teresa, Glenn, Carl and Lisa; 20 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Eva.
