Funeral services for Edmee CRAWFORD ROBERTSON will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Ed Cunningham officiating. Burial will be at Dwight Mission Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.Mrs. ROBERTSON was born on Feb.8, 1925, in Marble City to Dennis Daniel CRAWFORD and Laura Evelyn (McMINN) CRAWFORD. She died on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, in Sallisaw. She married Quincy ROBERTSON on April 22, 1944, in Sallisaw. Survivors include her husband, Quincy of the home; one daughter, Virginia Carol; one son, Eddie Lee; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Wilma; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Sigred TRUEBLOOD and one brother, Carnell CRAWFORD.

Funeral services for J.W. CALHOUN, 81, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw with the Revs. Monroe Lowrimore and Johnny Watkins officiating. Burial is at the Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. CALHOUN was born on Dec. 14, 1929, in Pines Valley to Evert Byrd CALHOUN and Manervia (JACKSON) CALHOUN. He died on Sunday, Jan. 2, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Mozelle Faye CHOATE on Feb. 18, 1955, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Mozelle CALHOUN of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna and Scott, Susan and Casey; three sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Sheryl, and Lance and Brandi, and Phillip and Sonnet; 18 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eula and Wilma; two brothers, Evert Jr. and Ralph; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Dorothy SCOTT and three brothers, Joe CALHOUN, Thorval “Red” CALHOUN and Hobert CALHOUN.

Funeral services for C.B. CASSADY, 80, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Akins Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore and Bro. Dave Olson officiating. Burial was at Akins Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. Cassady was born on April 4, 1930, in Sallisaw to Ray Alvin CASSADY and Clara (FOLSOM) CASSADY. He died on Saturday, Jan. 1, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Patricia HOUSE on April 27, 1962, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife Patricia CASSADY of the home; one daughter, Katherine; one son, Don; three sisters, Mary, Charlotte and Sandy; two brothers, Don and Bill; six grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandchild.

Funeral services for Floyd Wesley JOHNSON, 73, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the White Chapel Church in Gore with Bro. Howie Ferguson and Bro. Wayne Rice officiating. Burial was at White Cemetery in Gore under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. JOHNSON was born on Dec. 19, 1937, in Carlile to Ernest Willie JOHNSON and Susie Clementine (COWETT) JOHNSON. He died on Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2010, in Sallisaw. He married Katherine Alberta SPEARS on March 15, 1970, in Blackgum. Survivors include his wife, Kathy JOHNSON of the home; two daughters, Shannon and Sherry; six sons, Clay, Waylon, Wesley, Jacob, Jeff, and Dustin; his mother; two sisters, Mary and Peggy; one brother, Earl; 21 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Danette Dawn FLETCHER, his father and one sister, Margie DAND.

Graveside services for David Wayne ROWLAND, 50, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mr. ROWLAND was born on Feb. 10, 1960, in Sallisaw to Earl Martin ROWLAND and Reba Sue (VEST) ROWLAND. He died on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2010, in Muldrow. . Survivors include one son, David Christopher; his mother; one sister, Sharon Kay; and two brothers, Randy, and Chuck.

Funeral services for Betty Jo STEELEY, 66, of Bunch will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Bro. Azie Loyd officiating. Burial will be at Flute Springs Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. STEELEY was born on Nov. 25, 1944, in Flute Springs to Cicero STEELEY and Katie (BIRD) STEELEY. She died on Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, in Tahlequah. Survivors include one son, Michael; one sister, Clara; one brother, Johnny Lee; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Bob and Johnny Mack “Rail” STEELEY.

Geoffrey Wayne COLEY, 44, of Sallisaw died on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. He was born on Sept. 23, 1966, in McAlester to Robert COLEY and Maryann SPITZER ANTHONY. Private family services are planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include his fiancée, Candace; three daughters, Elizabeth, Shannon and Kalay; two sons, Terry and Josh; his mother; three sisters, Toni, Antonia and Bridgetta; and four brothers, Bill, Doug, Sam and Bobby. He was preceded in death by his father.

Kathy ACKERMAN GORDON, 59, of Del City, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, in Oklahoma City. She was born April 27, 1951, in Muskogee to Charles and Ruth (BACK) ACKERMAN. Kathy married James GORDON in 1973. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, James, both parents and brother Ronald. Survivors include brothers, Jim and his wife, Libbi, and Jay and his wife, Toni; sister-in-law, Joyce; four nieces; five  nephews; and many grand nieces and nephews. Funeral services are being held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. Paul Catholic Church with interment following at Sunny Lane Cemetery.

Dema DONAHUE “Mimi” JOHNSON of Sallisaw was born March 15, 1920, in Spiro to Brad and Ella (MAXWELL) BOWEN and passed away Wednesday, Jan. 5, 2011, in Vian at the age of 90. She is survived by one son, Tom; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren ; She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Marilyn Jean BOWEN and one brother, Frank Maxwell BOWEN. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Mallory Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Burial will follow in Spiro City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Funeral services for R.D. “Dale” RAGSDALE, 86, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating. Burial is at Muldrow Memory Garden under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. RAGSDALE was born on Aug. 9, 1924, in Muldrow to John Henry RAGSDALE and Orphia Ann (RAMEY) RAGSDALE. He died on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two daughters, Becky and Marilyn; the mother of his children, Mary RAGSDALE; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters, Irene RAGSDALE, Edith COX, Nora BEARCE and Kay BEARCE and one brother, John RAGSDALE.

Carolyn Lorene SIMPSON, 62, of Sallisaw died on Thursday, Jan. 6, 2011, in Sallisaw. She was born on March 21, 1948, in Fort Smith, Ark. Private family services are planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She married Ruben Tommy SIMPSON Aug. 3, 1964, in Fort Smith. He preceded her in death on Feb. 19, 2008. Survivors include one daughter, Shannon; one son, Ruben; and six grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Timothy.

Funeral services for Tammy Lynn SWIMMER, 51, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Round Mountain Church at Vian. Burial was at Round Mountain Cemetery under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. SWIMMER was born on June 2, 1959 in Wichita, Kan. to Arthur and Emel (HAWKINS) HAYES. She died on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her children, Joseph and Amy, Christopher and Jennifer, and Patrick and his fiancée Magon, and Travis and Trever; her parents; brothers, Arthur and Jolene, Daryl and Donna, Steven and Rebecca, and Melvin; sisters, Sharon and Louis, Charlotte and Ronnie, and Sandra and Johnny; her fiancée, Jack; and five grandchildren.

Graveside services for Arvil TOOTLE, 86, of Bakersfield, Calif., were held on Friday at the Bakersfield National Cemetery under the direction of Mission Family Mortuary of Bakersfield. Mr. TOOTLE was born on April 6, 1924, in Sallisaw to Charlie TOOTLE and Fannie (COX) TOOTLE. He died on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2011, in Bakersfield. Survivors include his wife, Jewell TOOTLE of Bakersfield; one daughter, Debra; three sisters, Juanita, Patricia and Sadie; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Lorelei CHOWING WELCH, 84, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Sallisaw City Cemetery with the Rev. Trey Wells officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. WELCH was born on Jan. 10, 1926, in Bristow to Ernest Thomas CHOWING and Lucille (IRVIN) CHOWING. She died Monday, Jan. 3, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Joe Marion WELCH on Oct. 31, 1959, in Sallisaw. Survivors include her husband Joe of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Bill; three sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Paula, Dick and Nancy, and Monte and Cindy; two sisters, Betty Ann and Pat; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Irvin Thomas CHOWING.

Graveside services for Gregory “Tweedy” WILLIAMS, 56, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Shady Grove Cemetery under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith. Mr. WILLIAMS died Friday, Dec. 21, 2010, in a local hospital. Survivors include four sisters, Connie, Brenda, Vanessa and Vanetta; two brothers, Irvin and Mark; and his grandmother. He was preceded in death by his parents, Augusta and Clarence POSEY.

Lorene G. BREWER of Sallisaw was born April 30, 1923, in Northview to Ridge and Ada (MELTON) BREWER and passed away Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2011, in Sallisaw at the age of 87. She is survived by, two daughters, Betty Sue and husband, William, and Lois and husband, Robert; one son Kenny and wife Jackie; one sister, Doris Jo; and one brother, Bill. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Martin Lee BREWER, son, Wendell Lee BREWER, one infant son, two sisters, Geraldine PRICE and Jane PRICE and one brother, Obie BENGE. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Lee Thornell officiating. Burial will follow in Brushy Cemetery under the direction of the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.  

Newt Thomas HEWETT, 75, of Sallisaw died on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, in Sallisaw. He was born on Sept. 16, 1935, in Stecker to Wesley HEWETT and Madge (GORDON) HEWETT. Burial of cremains will be at Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He married Julie Ann LOMBARDI on April 18, 1979, in Reno, Nev. Survivors include his wife, Julie HEWETT of the home; two daughters, Betse and Libby; two sisters, Pauline and Eula; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Peggy GILBERT and one brother, John HEWETT.

Joyce Louise ARMSTRONG-LEUTZ, of south Tulsa County passed away on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011. The daughter of Glen A. ARMSTRONG and Margaret (KING) ARMSTRONG of Vian.  She was preceded by both parents and her two younger brothers, Richard Glenn ARMSTRONG and James KING ARMSTRONG, both of Vian. Her extended family includes three first cousins; five sisters-in-law; and one nephew. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, William K. LEUTZ; her four children and three grandchildren; as well as the children’s father, William VanDeLINDER. A private memorial service for family and closest friends is planned for Saturday at the Moore Funeral Home chapel. A wake, in celebration of her life, will be held this summer, which will be open to all those other friends who wish to join us.

Funeral services for G. Marlene RIDINGER, 81, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with Bro. Jim Walker officiating. Burial was at the Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. RIDINGER was born on March 29, 1929, in McCurtain to George MUSE and Acie Frances (BROWN) MUSE. She died on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, in Sallisaw.  She married Robert Gene “Bob” RIDINGER on Nov. 4, 1946, in Reno, Nev. He preceded her in death on Oct. 17, 2000. Survivors include three daughters, Penny, Patty L. and Nancy; three sons, Gerald, Richard, and Ed; one sister, Ocie Florence; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Sherry LEE in 1987, and two brothers, George and L.W. “Johnny” MUSE.

Funeral services for Paula Sue SOUTHERN, 54, of Gans were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Agent Chapel in Muldrow with the Rev. Vernon Stone officiating, Burial was at Muldrow Memory Garden under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. Mrs. SOUTHERN was born on Oct. 5, 1956, in Greenville, Texas to W.A. CRAIG and Dorthea Fay GIBSON. She died on Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married Donald Lee SOUTHERN on March 17, 1988, in Wichita, Kan. Survivors include her husband Donald, of the home; one sister, Donna; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lana Kay FINCH.

Memorial services for Melvin Buck THOMAS, 90, of Gore will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Jesus Name Church in Braggs. Arrangements are under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mr. THOMAS was born on Dec. 19, 1920, in Webbers Falls to Buck McKinley and Maoma (WILLIAMS) THOMAS. He died on Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, in Gore. He married Dorothy FARMER in Reno, Nev., on Aug. 31, 1942. Survivors include his wife of 68 years, Dorothy THOMAS of the home; sons, Dale and wife, Darlene,  and John and wife, Mary; daughter, Tera and husband, Benny; two sisters, Lena and Garner, and Pauline; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one daughter, Virginia Irene CALLISON.

Burial was in Salem Cemetery, Bell, Oklahoma. She was born July 12, 1945 in Stilwell, Oklahoma, the daughter of Joe Bird and Sallie BUNCH BIRD. Mrs. BIRD passed this life on January 11, 2011 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Survivors include two sons, Lyle, Randy; five grandchildren;  four sisters: Lydia, Annie, Opal, and Emma; one brother: Jim; several other nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends she was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Charlie BIRD

Graveside services for Roy Howard BROWN, 89, of Lubbock, Texas, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, at New Hope Cemetery in Spiro with Bro. Mike Franklin officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BROWN was born on Dec. 17, 1921, in Peno to Howard BROWN and Lucy Melinda Jane (FLOYD) BROWN. He died on Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011, in Lubbock. He married Betty Joe BLAYLOCK on April 2, 1949, in Compton, Calif. She preceded him in death on Dec. 30, 2001. Survivors include seven children, Michael, Patricia, Keith, Dan, Katheryn, Janet, and Roger; one sister, Mildred; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by one son, Larry Stanley BROWN, his parents, three sisters, Edna DEMPSEY, Esther HAUSMAN and Katherine DONATHAN and two brothers, Edgar Beau BROWN and Jimmy BROWN.

Mrs. COOK was born on March 12, 1924, in Excelsior, Ark. to George MARTIN and Rosie (BRAY) MARTIN. She died on Friday, Jan 14, 2011 in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married Othel Columbus COOK on Sept 7,1 939, in Fort Smith. He preceded her in death on June 29, 2004. Survivors include five sons, Paul, Cletus, Othel Jr., Herschel and Laurel; one sister, Pauline; 17 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.  She was also preceded in death by one son Grady COOK and several sisters and brothers.

Burial was at Weber Cemetery in Gore under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Dec 2, 1960 in Tahlequah to Robert Lee JONES Sr. and Betsy WILDCAT. She died on Monday, Jan 17, 2011, in Tulsa. Survivors include two daughters, Gwynn Nicole and Katie; one sister, Phyllis Ann; one brother, Robert Lee "Tiger" Jr; and two grandchildren.

Mrs. ROMANS was born on April 23, 2933, in Sallisaw to Wesley Benjamin HARRISON and Ethel  Wilhelmina (RYKER) HARRISON. She died on Monday Jan 17, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark   She married George Bentley ROMANS Jr. on Sept 3, 1939, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on Feb 4, 2008, in Fort Smith. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Judy and Frank; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Shirley, and Tim and Kathy; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister Melba; and several other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jud ROMANS; her parents; three sisters, Cliffie RIGGS, Mildred BURCHFIELD, and Nola BALDRIDGE and four brothers, Wesley, Donald, Doyne and Cecil HARRISON.

Funeral services for Norma PUCKETT SHEIBLEY, 89, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p m Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev Ed Cunningham officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. SHEIBLEY was born on July 25, 1921, in Panama City, Fla.; to Abner PUCKETT and  Mary Jane (CAIN) PUCKETT. She died on Friday, Jan 14, 2011 in Sallisaw. She married James Murray SHEIBLEY Jr. on June 21, 1946, in Fredricksbur, Md. Survivors include one brother, Jay Mike; two grandchildren; four great-grandchidren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Bobby L WARNER of Sallisaw was born April 25, 1955, in Stilwell to Carl J and Velta G. (HUTEAR) WARNER and passed away Thursday, Jan 13, in Morris at the age of 55.  He is survived by his wife, Lisa of the home; two sons Bryan and his wife Maco, and Travis; one step-son, Freddie G; one sister, Debra; two grandchildren; and one nephew, Austin. Funeral services were at 1 pm  Tuesday at Mallory Martin Chapel and burial followd at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Stilwell under the direction of Mallory-Martin Fuenral Home of Sallisaw.

Edna Mae COON HARRISON, 80, died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, in Muskogee. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw with burial to follow at Sanders Cemetery. Viewing will be from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Faye CURRY, 67, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Terry Guthrie officiating. Burial was at the Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. CURRY was born on Sept. 24, 1943, in Gans to Watie NORRID and Violet (McCOMBS)  NORRID. She died on Friday, Jan. 21, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include three daughters, Cindy, Lisa and Sherry; one sister, Sue; two brothers, Carl and Wendall; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Teddy NORRID, her twin, and James NORRID and one sister, Patsy MOUSER.

Funeral services for Golda CHOATE ELLIS, 93, of Vian will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Blackgum Baptist Church with the Revs. Dale Ritter and Reginald Kelley officiating, Burial will be at Box Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. ELLIS was born on Dec. 20, 1917, in Dewar to Samuel D. CHOATE and Elsie (MILAM) CHOATE. She died on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011. Survivors include one daughter, Barbara; two sons Detis and I. Don; and seven grandchildren.

Graveside services for Josephine HOPE, 99, of Muldrow will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Muldrow Memory Garden with the Rev. Thomas Corrigan officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She was born on Oct. 19, 1911, in Muldrow to Robert HOPE and Amanda Elizabeth (MONTGOMERY) HOPE. She died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one niece, Frances and her husband, Charles; two great-nephews; three great-nieces; and three great-great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, William Herbert HOPE and one nephew, Robert John HOPE.

Funeral services for Carol Ann MASTERS, 72, of Kansas City, Mo., are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at McGilley and George Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Belton Cemetery under the direction of McGilley and George Funeral Home of Grandview, Mo. Mrs. MASTERS was born on Dec. 19, 1938, in Johnson County, Kansas to Carrol and Mary Belle COX. She died on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, in Kansas City. Survivors include her husband, Fred of the home; sons, Fred R., and Scott; daughters, Patricia and Traci; three sisters, Janice, Patte and Karen; stepmother, Joe Ann COX ; 20 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren

Graveside services for Melvin Wayne MARTIN, 69, of Sallisaw will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa with the Rev. Peggy Chase officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. MARTIN was born on July 4, 1941, in Sallisaw to Deresa Oma MARTIN. He died on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Louella June DAVIS on Oct. 25, 1989, in Las Vegas, Nev. Survivors include his wife, Louella MARTIN of the home; three children, Patricia, Brenda and Melvin Jr.; four stepchildren, Deborah, Jimmy, Bill, and Matthew; one adopted son, C.P.; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Graveside services for Jean POINDEXTER, 80, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Northview Cemetery with the Rev. Clint Bray officiating under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. POINDEXTER was born on June 26, 1930, in Sallisaw to Melvin D. ASBILL and Ema (GARDENHIRE) ASBILL. She died on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married William Roy POINDEXTER on July 22, 1947, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on July 22, 1990. Survivors include five sons, Jim, Billy, Donnie, Ernieand Rick; three sisters, Polly, Sue and Jackie; one brother, Melvin, 18 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, David ASBILL.

Funeral services for Kenny BENGE, 66, of Sallisaw will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev, John Tautfest officiating. Burial will be at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. BENGE was born on April 17, 1944, in Akins to Houston Goodlow “Tom” BENGE and Tommie Lucille (BARRETT) BENGE. He died on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, in Sallisaw. He married Linda SMITH on Feb. 1, 2007, in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Linda BENGE of the home; one son, Kenneth Wade; one sister, Connie; one brother, Jim; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Kenneth Edward BENGE and two sisters, Christine OLIVER and Ida Mae GREGORY.

Graveside services for Erma Jean GOODMAN, 81, of Sallisaw are being held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Akins Cemetery, north of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. GOODMAN was born on Feb. 9, 1929, in White County, Illinois, to Bessie VAUGHN MENCH. She died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, in Sallisaw. She married James Albert GOODMAN on June 27, 1947, in Hillsboro, Ill. He preceded her in death on Oct. 10, 2008. Survivors include two sons, Jim and Charles; two stepdaughters, Sandra, and Darla; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one daughter, Linda BULOW and one brother, Kenny VAUGHN.

Herman H. MICK of Sallisaw was born on Feb. 12, 1921, in Stillwater to George and Mary (MUCH) MICK and passed away Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, in Sallisaw at the age of 89. He is survived by two daughters, Jean and her husband Larry, and Sue and her husband Ray; two sisters, Vera and Violet; four grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Anne, in 1988, one daughter, Candy and two sisters, Florence and Dora. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Monday at Wichita Park Cemetery in Wichita, Kan., with the Rev. Ron Rich officiating under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

James Lloyd PASSMORE, 66, of Muldrow, died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2011, in Muldrow. He was born on June 15, 1944, in Rock Springs, Wyo., to Thomas PASSMORE and Fay (CRUMPTON) PASSMORE. No formal service is planned and cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons, James Jr. and Clint; two sisters, Patsy and Irene; one brother, Jabe; and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Lynn STORMS, 48, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 11 a.m. Friday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren, Ark. Burial was at Fairview Cemetery in Van Buren under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home of Van Buren. Mrs. STORMS died on Monday, Jan. 24, 2011in a local hospital. She was a sales clerk for J.C. Penney for 13 years and of the Catholic faith. Survivors include two daughters, Tearsa and husband, Taylor, and Tiahna; her mother, Cynthia HODGES; and her father, Samuel M. HODGES III.
