Funeral services for Thelma E. BAGLEY, 96, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at Oakridge Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Jim Franklin, Gary Mullen and Freddie Howard officiating. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Feb. 5, 1908, in Sallisaw, to Charles Wesley PALMER and Fannie Patsy McCOY. She died on Friday, May 28, 2004, in Sallisaw. Mrs. BAGLEY married Floyd Fonzil BAGLEY on Feb. 15, 1929, in Drakes Prairie. He preceded her in death on Nov. 26, 1996. Survivors include six daughters and five sons-in-law, Vera and Bob, and Lou and Bill, Mae, Patsy and Seth, and Janie and John, and Kathleen "Brownie" and Jorgen; 17 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and one sister, Nelese,  She was preceded in death by one daughter, Dona RANDOLPH.

Funeral services for Annys Pauline CONLEY, 77, of Wichita, Kan., were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, at the Downing & Lahey Mortuary East in Wichita, Kan. Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday at the Cemetery in Vian, services were under the direction of Downing & Lahey Mortuary East of Wichita. She was born on Jan. 4, 1927, in Deer Creek, to Edith and Ora HOLMES. She died on Thursday, May 28, 2004. She married Dell Pete CONLEY of Vian in 1955. Survivors include five children, Michele, Richard, Keith, Dennis and Peter; seven grandchildren and one sister. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Lex CROSSON.

Funeral services for Bradley S. DYER, 83, of Muldrow, were held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, with the Revs. Tommy Treat and David Rhoads officiating. Burial was in the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. He was born on Aug. 18, 1920, in Muldrow, to John Henry DYER and Bena Ann BRADLEY. He died on Saturday, May 29, 2004, in Fort Smith. He married Elsie Irene HENRY on Sept. 17, 1942, in Gans. Survivors include his wife, Elsie Irene DYER of the home in Muldrow; one daughter and son-in-law, Fran and Fred; two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Linda, and Dale and Ginia; one grandson; three granddaughters; two great-granddaughters; and two brothers, W.W. "Buck" and Truman.

Funeral services for Robert Luther GRAY Sr., 83, of Tulsa, were held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, at the Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home-Westwood Chapel in Tulsa. Graveside services were at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Holdenville Cemetery, under the direction of Mark Griffith Memorial Funeral Home-Westwood Chapel of Tulsa. He was born on May 31, 1920, in Holdenville, to Netche and Bertha GRAY. he died on Saturday, May 29, 2004, in Tulsa.  Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Janette and her husband Wade, and Janelle and her husband Jim; one son and daughter-in-law, Ralph and his wife Karen; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Geneva. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Lillian GRAY; two sons, Phillip GRAY and Robert GRAY Jr.; one granddaughter, Kasy CUNNINGHAM; and one sister, Jessie WEBSTER.

Funeral services for Rebecca HAMBY, 101, of Roland, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with the Revs. Eugene Christenberry and Tommy Jordan officiating. Burial was in Lee's Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on April 15, 1903, in Redland, to Daniel Benjamin MOORE and Lillie Mae SANDLIN. She died on Friday, May 28, 2004. Survivors include five sons, Eddie, Roger, Alvie, Teddy Dean and Harold Eugene; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Oscar. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buen Vester HAMBY on Feb. 18, 1967; two sons, Andrew Dempsey ANDERSON and Eldon HAMBY; one daughter, Ethel ETTER; one sister, Martha JOHNSON and five brothers.

Funeral services for Sam SCARBOROUGH Jr., 72, of Fort Smith, Ark., were held at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, at the Victory Christian Center in Fort Smith, with Elder James J. Watson and the Rev. Jerry Johnson officiating. Burial was in the U.S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, under the direction of Rowell-Parish Mortuary of Fort Smith. He was born on June 9, 1931, in Vian, to Sam SCARBOROUGH Sr. and Eunice DREW SCARBOROUGH. He died on Wednesday, May 26, 2004, in a Fort Smith hospital. Survivors include his wife, Barbara Bell SCARBOROUGH of the home; five daughters, Samantha, Tina, Tracy and Angela, and Mattie; three sons, Johnny and James and David Wayne Jr.; 20 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and four sisters, Nellie, Maxine and Florene and Rosie.

Graveside services for Maude F. VAUGHAN, 92, of Midwest City, formerly of Roland, are being held Thursday at Liberty Cemetery north of Roland, with the Revs. Andy O'Neal and Ed O'Neal officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Roland. She was born on March 21, 1912, in Liberty, to John Fletcher BOND and Eva (SUTTON) BOND. She died on Monday, May 31, 2004, in Midwest City. Mrs. VAUGHAN was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith. She married Nathan A. VAUGHAN on July 20, 1931, in Long. He preceded her in death on June 22, 1999. Survivors include one daughter, Plina Blanche; two sons, John W., and Joe; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; four sisters, Myrtle, Anna and Etta Mae, and Loma; and three brothers, John and George and Cassie.

He was born on Dec. 8, 1927, in Sand Springs, to William Jess HARKREADER and Lena (HOWELL) HARKREADER. He died on Wednesday, June 2, 2004, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Margie Lorene EDWARDS on March 27, 1948. Survivors include his wife, Margie Lorene HARKREADER of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Rita and her husband Ronnie, and Joye and her husband Rodney; one son and daughter-in-law, Glenn; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one sister, Eloise; two brothers, Ronny Ray and Tommy; and several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. TUCKER and Stella C. (BALLARD) TUCKER. He died on Saturday, May 29, 2004, in his home. He married Deloris ANDERSON on July 28, 1956. She was born on May 22, 1920, in Vian, to William BOLIN and Sadie ROSS (McCOY) BOLIN. She died on Thursday, June 3, 2004, in Konawa. Mrs. CLARK married George William "Bill" CLARK on March 29, 1941, in McCurtain. Survivors include three sons, George Jr., Herman and Ernest; three daughters, Shirley, Juanita and Sadie; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Mitchell and Richard. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband on Oct. 4, 1989; one son, David CLARK on Feb. 26, 1997; and one grandson, Phillip Scott CLARK on June 16, 1997.

He was born on Jan. 31, 1915, in Tahlequah, to Martin Luther THOMASON and Emma Mary WALLACE THOMASON. He died on Friday, June 4, 2004, in Vian. He married Pina THOMASON on April 10, 1947, in Fort Smith, Ark. She preceded him death on March 22, 1987. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Ida; one sister, Dorothy; and one brother, Ernest.

Trudy Carleen WEDDINGTON, 58, of Tulsa, died Monday, June 7, 2004, in Tulsa. Burial is in Wards Grove Cemetery in Foyil, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.She was born on Nov. 26, 1945, in Tulsa, to Carl R. BEHRENS and Dovie S. KERNES. She died on June 12, 2004, in an area nursing home. Survivors include three daughters, Linda, Rosella and Anna; six sons, Recil, Cecil , J.W. and Otis Jr., Alva and Darrell; 23 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Neil. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis BARNES and her first husband Walter PAYTON.

Funeral services for Alexander Donavan Ray BURRIS, an infant, of Sallisaw were held at 1 p.m. on Saturday at the Mallory-Martin Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw, with Pastor Joe Grayson officiating. Burial was in Brushy Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born on May 18, 2004, in El Reno, to David BURRIS Jr. and Amber L. LONG. He died on Wednesday, June 9, 2004, in Geary. Survivors include his mother; his father; his grandparents, David BURRIS Sr., Sarah GRAYSON, Sabrina SHINN and Mike LONG; great-grandparents, Donna BURRIS and Donald BURRIS; and several aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Pauline and John GRAYSON, Everett LONG and Clare WILLIE.

She was born on Dec. 25, 1915, in Roosevelt, Ark., to Noah Arthur ELLIS and Martha Thomas (THRASHER) ELLIS. She married Cornelius John RUDICK on Sept. 8, 1934, in Sallisaw. He preceded her in death on April 25, 1997. Survivors include three sons, Dayton McConnell, Noah Macon and Royce Cornelius; one sister, Jeannean; one brother, Leland; 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.She was also preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers and sisters.

Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Tulsa, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on June 20, 1908, in Pittsburg, Kan., to Otto Ervy FRENCH and Ida Della PATISON. She died on Thursday, June 10, 2004, in Gore. She married Rev. Chester August WAACK on July 20, 1930, in Tulsa. He preceded her in death in November, 1983. She was born on Dec. 24, 1914, in Atkins, Ark., to John Henry and Mattie Ruth STRAUSS YOUNGER. She died on Thursday, June 24, 2004, in St. John's Medical Center in Tulsa.Mrs. DAVIS attended school in Vian and spent many of her younger years there. She was a resident of Tulsa since 1945. She was a cafeteria worker at Saint John's Medical Center in Tulsa, where she was known as "Cafeteria Johnnie." She enjoyed cooking, most of all for her very large family. Her pecan pies were famous among her family and friends. Mrs. DAVIS was a member of the Bethel Baptist Temple Church for many years and was known there as the pastor's mother and "Granny" to the entire congregation.She married her first husband, Cleo J. SMITH in Arkansas. She married her second husband, William A. "Bill" DAVIS on Dec. 23, 1939.Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Rev. Watie SMITH and his wife Adean of Sapulpa, C.
