Funeral services for Mrs. Sharry Kay BYRD, 57, of Sallisaw, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw. The Rev. Ted Eppler officiated at the service which was followed by burial in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. BYRD was born March 13, 1941, to Deloy and Ova STEPHENS JARRARD in Webbers Falls. She died Sunday, May 31, 1998, in Fort Smith. She and husband, Bill BYRD were married Sept. 5, 1959, in Sallisaw. Survivors include her husband, Bill of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Sandy and Rodney; one son Frankie; four grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Clyde; one nephew, Quinn.

Funeral services for Anthony Maurice DREW SR., 36, of Tulsa are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Shiloh Baptist Church in Tulsa. with the Rev. M. L. Bailey officiating. Burial is in Roselawn Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mr. DREW was born, Aug. 31, 1961, in Vian to Grover DREW, SR. and Almaree (WILLIAMS) DREW. He died Thursday, May 28, 1998, in Tulsa. He is survived by his wife Lesli of the home; three daughters, Renee, Kenya and Kendra; three sons, Anthony Maurice, Xavier Maurice and Kenneth; his parents; four sisters, Rosetta,Helen, Virgial, and Neomi; and one brother, Grover.

Funeral services for Patricia Louise HADLEY, 59, of Guthrie were held June 4, at the Pickard Chapel in Lonawa under the direction of Pickard Funeral Home of Konawa and with the Rev. Steve Ruiz officiating. Burial was in Vamoosa Cemetery. Hadley was born March 31, 1939, in Konawa to Oma and the Rev. Dewey PAYNE. She died Sunday, May 31, in Edmond. She married Charles HADLEY at OK City in 1973.

Graveside services for Tommy HULSEY, 69, of Gore were held at 11 a.m. May 28, at White Cemetery in Gore with Shannon Barnes officiating. Mr.. HULSEY was born December 10, 1929, in Okemah, to George Washington and Hattie Caroline (CHAFFIN) HULSEY. He died Sunday, May 24, 1998, at his home. Mr. HULSEY married Judy SWAN in 1972 in Reno, Nev. Survivors include his wife, Judy, of the home; Children, John, Lydna, Ralph Joseph and Sabrina, Edward Samuel and Cindy, Fredrick James and Robin, Valarie, Candis Marie and Kelly, Lynn and Carl, Tina Joe and Chuck, Karen Lee and Billy, Barbara Dean and Kim, Donna and Dean; two sisters, Pearlie Fay and Bertie; 29 grandchildren Arrangements were under the direction of Millsap Funeral Services of Webbers Falls.

Funeral services for Kenny KINGERY, 80, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Mallory-Wheeler Chapel in Sallisaw, with Dr. J. D. Ward officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. KINGERY was born February 24, 1918, in Luceland Saskatchewan, Canada, to Loyd and Eva (FULLER) KINGERY. He died Saturday, May 30, 1998, at his home. Survivors include one brother and sister-in-law, Dave and Floy. He was preceded in death by his wife Maxine, his parents, sister, Florence ABBOTT, and brother, Gordon KINGERY.

Funeral services for Ralph Ray SOUTHARD, 75, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Ed Baker officiating. Mr. SOUTHARD was born May 8, 1923, in Big Springs, Neb. to Ray and Ina (COOPER) SOUTHARD. He died Saturday, May 30, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Datha Eileen SETZER, July 17, 1948, in Muncie, Kansas. Survivors include his wife, Datha of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, , Doris and Ronald; one son, John; one grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Eric and Windy; three great-grandchildren; four sisters Gladys, Mertie, Rosie and Allene.  Arrangements were under Agents funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Minnie Mae COTNEY, 88, of Sallisaw will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. James Eubanks officiating. Burial will be at Duncan Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. COTNEY was born May 6, 1910 to John and Mary Elizabeth (WILSON) CRAWFORD in Ozark, Ark. She died Friday, June 5, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married Willis Ostell COTNEY, who preceded her in death in 1936. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Charles Cecil and Martha O.; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by one son, Curtis COTNEY in 1984.

Memorial services for C. Clayton HODSON, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colo., formerly of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. May 27, at the Swan-Law Cascade Chapel in Colorado Springs. Cremation is planned. Mr. HODSON was born Oct. 27, 1975, in Key West, Fla., to Eric Michael and Janet (HAMRICK) HODSON. He died May 22, 1998 in an automobile accident in Colorado Springs. Survivors include his parents; grandparents, Wayne C. and Jean; Mary and Charles; and Anita; Mr. HODSON was preceded in death by his grandfather, the late Sallisaw resident L. Z. "Bill" HAMRICK.

Funeral services for Youl SIZEMORE, 80, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Leroy Reid officiating. Burial was at McCoy Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. SIZEMORE was born May 25, 1918, in Sallisaw, to Edgar Alvis "Doc" and Carrie Mae (HUMPHREY) SIZEMORE. He died Wednesday May 27, 1998 in Fort Smith, Ark. Mr. SIZEMORE married Mary Faye BIAS on Feb 5, 1936. in Checotah. Survivors include his wife, Faye of the home; three daughters, Dorothy, Geliea and Carolyn; four sons, Bill, Donnie, Wayne and Bobby; 20 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren;; four sisters, Eva, Okla, Geneva and Seba; two brothers, Owen and Ather "Tump".

Graveside services for Burna WESTCAMP, 71, of Muldrow were held at 10 a.m. Friday at Barling Cemetery in Barling, Ark., under the direction of Edwards Funeral Home of Fort Smith, Ark. Mrs, WESTCAMP died Wednesday, June 3, 1998, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. Survivors include two sons, Bill and Bob; three grandchildren; four sisters, Arietta, Betty , Wanda and Eunice; and one brother, Mike.

Funeral services for Minnie Lee BAKER, 88, of Vian were held at 2. p.m. Tuesday at Vian Freewill Baptist Church with the Revs. Vernon Smith and Laymon Garrison and Kyle Holt officiating. Burial was at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. BAKER was born Feb. 18, 1910, in Hector, Ark., to Francis and Almeda (COFFMAN) KING. She died Sunday, June 7, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married Arvil Frank BAKER, Oct. 31, 1925, in Pope County, Ark. He preceded her in death March 3, 1962. Survivors include three daughters and sons-in-law, Oleta and Norman "Buzz", Meda and Bill, Sue and Louie; seven sons and five daughters-in-law, Charles and Betty, Carmon, Donald and Melba, Johnny, William and Edna, Paul and Linda, Roger and Janet; 25 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mary and Millie; one brother, Orville.

Graveside services for William Talmadge "Tal" BUTTERY, 69, of Gore are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Box Cemetery, north of Vian, with the Rev Chris Armer officiating. Mr. BUTTERY was born March 18,1929 to William '"Bill" and Pearl (HOUGLAND) BUTTERY. He died Monday, June 8,1998, in Muskogee. Survivors include his mother, Pearl; four sisters, Wanda, Marie, Anna Mae and Shirley Ame; five brothers, Clyde, Delbert, Delmer, Lee Arnold and Barton. He was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Gail BUTTERY. Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Memorial services for Reba Doris CRAIG, 65, of Kamas, Utah, will be held at 10 a.m. July 3, at Akins Cemetery. Mrs. CRAIG was born Feb. 2, 1932, in Akins, to Denton and Hattie (SMITH) ROGERS. She died Sunday, Jan. 11, 1998, at her home. Survivors include two daughters, Angela Gail and Jill Janile; two sons, Allen Scott and Bruce Neil; four grandchildren; one brother, Leland; two sisters, Wilberta and Kay.

Graveside services for Sarah Lee ELAM DAVIS, 49, of Roland are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at New Cemetery in Mulberry, Ark. Mrs. DAVIS was born March 12, 1948, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Willie and Imogene (FREEMAN) ELAM. She died Tuesday, June 9, 1998, in Fort Smith. Survivors include her husband Henry F.; two sons, Steven E. and Jeffery R; one step-son, Janson; one step-daughter, Heather; and one niece Carol June; two sisters, Dianna and Cindy Lue; three grandchildren. Arrangements were under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark, Ark.

Graveside services for Eleanor HORN, 73, of Sallisaw, were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. HORN was born Nov. 25, 1924, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Gabor and Veron (KOLAR) MESZAROS. She died Saturday, June 6, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married Cal Horn in 1950 in Cleveland, Ohio. Survivors include her husband Cal HORN ; one son and daughter-in-law, Chris and Tammy; one granddaughter, Delayna M.; one sister, Elvira; and two cousins, Rosie and Joseph.

Funeral services for Ruby June MORGAN MILLS, 77, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Steve Mabry and Louis Brown officiating. Burial was at Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. MILLS was born June 8, 1920, to Willie Benjamin "Bill" and Mina Marie (JACKSON) NORRID, in Sallisaw. She died Friday, June 5, 1998, in Sallisaw. She married A. J. MILLS in 1967, in Ozark, Ark. Survivors include her husband, A. J. ; two daughters, Betty and Sandra; two sons, Bill and Donnie; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren; Mrs. MILLS was married to William Earl MORGAN in 1936. He preceded her in death in 1964.

Funeral services for Bill NEWTON, 66, of Vian are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church Sanctuary in Muskogee, with the Revs. Chuck Angel and Dennis Jernigan officiating. Burial is in Agnew Cemetery in Muskogee, under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home, in Muskogee. Mr. NEWTON was born Dec. 9, 1931, in Stigler, to Tom and Mildred (HANNER) NEWTON. He died Monday, June 8, 1998, at Muskogee Regional Medical Center. Mr. NEWTON married Irene MOORE in 1952 in Muskogee. Survivors include his wife, Irene of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Mike; two grandsons, one brother, Tom; two sisters, Virginia and Martha; and mother-in-law, Virginia Mae MOORE. Mr. NEWTON was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Henry NEWTON.

Funeral services for Alvin PACK, 85, of Vian were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Blackgum Mission of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, with the Rev. Phyllis Willis officiating. Burial was at Box Cemetery in Vian, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls. Mr. PACK was born Nov. 5, 1912, in Blackgum to Will and Lee (HIGGS) PACK. He died Friday, June 5, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Misia HOUSTON, April 28, 1939, in Vian. Survivors include his wife, Misia; two daughters, Joyce and Linda; one brother, Wesley; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Imogene TAYLOR, 71, of Webbers Falls were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Webbers Falls Assembly of God Church, with the Rev. Eddie McElhonnon officiating. Burial was in Vaught Cemetery at Webbers Falls, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. Mrs. TAYLOR was born Aug. 15, 1926, at Depew, to William and Millie Violet (LADD) PRICE. She died Thursday, June 4, 1998, at her home. She married Sam Owen TAYLOR Nov. 25, 1944 at Shawnee. Survivors include five children, Darrel, Terry, Robert, Debra and Mary. one brother; Delbert; one sister, Mae; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Leon TIMMERMAN, 63, of Claremore were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Family Worship Center in Claremore. Burial was at 2:10 p.m. at Buffington Cemetery, in Sallisaw, under the direction of Rice Funeral Service. Mr. TIMMERMAN was born Jan. 30, 1935 , in Claremore to William Fredrick and Lucy Bell (TYLER) TIMMERMAN. Mr. TIMMERMAN married Margaret TONEY Aug. 10, 1957, in Sallisaw. She preceded him in death Nov. 14, 1996. Survivors are his children and their spouses, Gary and Toni, Barbara and Bob, Danny and Coowesta, Janet and Conley, Tammy and John and Gerald and Suzanne; seven grandchildren.

Funeral service for Pearly WHITNEY, 71, of Fort Worth, Texas were held at 10 a.m. June 2, in Laurel Land Memorial Chapel in Fort Worth. Burial was in Laurel Land Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Worth. Mrs. WHITNEY was born May 18, 1927, in Gore to Bert and Artie SUMMERLIN. She died Friday, May 29, 1998, in her home Survivors include her husband, Jerry H. ; one daughter and son-in-law, Lillie and Mike; one son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Andy and becky; her mother Artie; four brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Ann, Alfred and Betty, Roy and Patricia, and Virgil and Vivian; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Birdie and James, Triccia and Roger; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her father in 196l and a son, Marvin H. WHITNEY in 1973.

She married Christopher Shawn JOHNSON, Feb. 14, 1994, in Fort Smith. Funeral services for Fred Junior SMITH, 57, of the Scott community, are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with the Revs. Bobby Mason and Freddie Rose officiating. Burial is in Liberty Cemetery, northwest of Roland, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. SMITH was born June 13, 1940, in the Scott community to Willie Samuel and Eva Jane (BREWER) SMITH. He died Wednesday, June 10, 1998, in Fort Smith, Ark. He married Grace Marie RUSSELL, June 20, 1959, in Dora, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Grace of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Fredda Lynn and Clifton; two grandsons, Brian Douglas and Joshua Dewayne; and three brothers, James, Leo and Bill Ray. He was preceded in death by one son, Michael Dewayne SMITH, Nov. 11, 1978.

Burial was at Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee, under the direction of Moore's Rosewood Chapel in Tulsa. Mrs. ADWON was born April 7, 1919, in Muskogee, to Lila Geneva "Polly" and James PLUNKETT, former residents of Gore. She died Tuesday, June 9, 1998, at her home. Mrs. ADWON married Mitch ADWON who preceded her in death in 1977. Survivors include four sons, Jack, Joe, Adam and Mitch; six grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren;

Funeral Mass for Billie BEDFORD, 64, of Muldrow was held at 2 p.m. Saturday at St. Joseph Church in Muskogee, with Father, Herman Foken officiating. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Fort Gibson. Mrs. BEDFORD was born Dec. 29, 1933, in Muskogee, to Bill and Mabel (BROWN) STEELE. She died Wednesday, June 10, 1998, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Ark.
Survivors include her husband, Don of the home; two sons, Keith and Lee; three daughters, Donna, Carole and Dianne; one brother, Don; four sisters, Cherry, Janice, Linda and Kathy; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Sidney Albert HOLT, 87, of Muldrow were held at 2 p.m. Monday, at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, with the Revs. Carthel Remy and Bernice Ramey officiating. Burial was at Lee's Chapel Cemetery, South of Muldrow. Born to William and Mary Elizabeth (JACKSON) HOLT. He died Friday, June 12, 1998, in Muldrow. He married Gladys Hermal (DOBBS) HOLT March 12, 11937, in Muldrow. She preceded him in death Nov. 8, 1995. Survivors include three daughters, Wilma, Elizabeth, and Melva; five sons, Jack Cleon, Calvin, Kenneth, Charles and William Lawton; 25 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren; and one sister,. Hallie.

Funeral services for Princess KYLE, 84, of Derby, Kan. formerly of Sallisaw will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Mallory-Wheeler Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Leroy Reid and Joe Slater officiating. Burial will be in Buffington Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. KYLE was born Aug. 25, 1913, in Sallisaw, to Will and Clatha (ARNOLD) ALES. She died Monday, June 15, 1998, in Derby. She married James Walter KYLE who preceded her in death Aug. 8, 1991. Survivors include one daughter, Jeanne; two sons, James and Jerry; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Graveside services for Raymond Jackson WILKINS, Sr., 75, of Sallisaw were held at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the U. S. National Cemetery in Fort Smith, Ark., with Dr. Lee Woodard officiating. Mr.WILKINS was born July 20, 1922, at Dover, Ark., to Glover Washington and Nettie Mae (MEDLIN ) WILKINS. He died Friday, June 12, 1998, in Sallisaw. He married Reba (DALTON) WILKINS Nov. 9, 1940, in Fort Smith. She preceded him in death Aug. 2, 1984. Mr. WILKINS is survived by three sons, Raymond Jackson, Jerry Dan, and Gary Lee; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, one sister, Parma; and two brothers, G. W. and James Lee

Funeral services for William Arthur WHITTINGTON, Jr. 79, of Cashion will be June 20, burial at Cashion cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home of Guthrie. William was born May 4, 1919, in Prescott, Ariz. to Wiliam and Verna P. WHITTINGTON. He died June 16 at Mercy Health Center in OK City.

Services for Aubrey J. HENSHAW, Sr. will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church in Muldrow. He died Thursday, June 18, 1998, in West Palm Beach, Fla. The Rev. J. D. Ward and Randall Wade will officiate at the services, and Roger Sharp, Muldrow Schools superintendent, will give the eulogy. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Nashville, Tenn., Wednesday, June 24, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home. Mr. HENSHAW was born to Thomas Wesley and Oddis F. O'CONNOR HENSHAW on Aug. 18, 1910, in Doe Run, Mo. Mr. HENSHAW and his wife, Grace Olivier Shelby HENSHAW, were married on Feb. 14, 1983, in Roland. She survives. He is also survived by three daughters, Nancy and husband, Danny, Carolyn, and Virginia; two sons, A. J. and wife Christine, and Ed and wife Gwen; one step son James F.; 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one sister Meldon. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Nan CARLILE HENSHAW in 1980, and one son, Thomas Wesley HENSHAW in 1975.

Funeral services for Simon "George" HUBLER, 77, of Shawnee were being held at 2 p.m. Friday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Gore, with Bishop Dewayne Briley officiating. Burial was in Stevenson Cemetery near Gum Springs, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. HUBLER was born April 24, 1921, in Gore, to Peter Penrose and Ella Josephine (POWELL) HUBLER. He died Wednesday, June 17, 1998, in Shawnee.
Survivors include his companion, LaDonna of the home; one son, Jerry Lee; five sisters and three brothers-in-law, Anna Mae and Earnest, Ella "Josie", Mary, Francis and Harold, and Hazel and Lewis; six brothers and sisters-in-law, Peter Penrose and Jewel, Howard "Doug" and Ruth, Lynn and Irma, John and Retha, Frank and Charlene, and Parley and Nettie. Mr. HUBLER was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Sylvia HUBLER, second wife Opal HUBLER, brothers-in-law, Eugene SWEARINGEN and Earnest MANNON.

Funeral services for Rodney MOORE, 68, of Edmond will be June 23, with burial at Summit View Cemetery in Guthrie. Rodney was born July 13, 1929, in Guthrie and died June 19. He is survived by son, Rodney; one daughter, Linda; brother, Howard. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma, in 1992.

Funeral services for Clayton "Si" SIZEMORE, 69, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Bill Fuller officiating. Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. SIZEMORE was born May 17, 1929, in Akins, to John and Cora (ROBERTS) SIZEMORE. He died Wednesday, June 17, 1929, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. His wife, Roberta SIZEMORE preceded him in death Jan. 17, 1998. Survivors are one daughter and son-in-law, Pearlene and Joe; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Laveta, Maggie and Jean; one brother, Woodrow. Mr. SIZEMORE was preceded in death by his parents, one sister, Maxine SMITH, and one brother, Bill SIZEMORE.

Funeral services for Cyrus William FEARS, 82, of the Nicut Community were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the First Baptist Church in Muldrow, with the Revs. Wayne Euford and Junior Kester officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow. Mr. FEARS was born June 7, 1916, in Short to Cy Claude and Nora Lee (SNOW) FEARS. He died Friday, June 19, 1998, in Forth Smith, Ark. He married Willie Mae (HOLLAND ) FEARS on April 14, 1939, in Sallisaw. Survivors are his wife, Willie Mae of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Ruth Ellen and Gary; two sons and two daughters-in-law, Cyrus Joshua and Joyce, Joe Martin and Rhonda; six grandchildren; one sister, Velma Lee ; one brother, David and other relatives and friends. Mr. FEARS was preceded in death by a grandson, Jeffrey FEARS.

Funeral service for Druary Galliard LAND, 96, of Sallisaw are being at 2 p.m. Saturday at First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw, with the Revs. Robert L. Polvado and Frank Cargill officiating. Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mr. LAND was born March 28, 1902, in Little Rock, Ark., to Rudy H. LAND and Lizy Beth LAND. He died Wednesday, June 24, 1998, in Vian. Mr. LAND married Jewel Tinney (CALLAHAN) LAND, Oct. 17, 1925, in Sallisaw. She preceded him in death Jan. 12, 1985. Survivors are three sons, D. C. , Paul, and Wayne; 13 grandchildren.

Graveside services for Sherman MAY, 90, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Drakestand Cemetery south of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Terry Guthrie officiating. Mr. MAY was born Feb. 19, 1908, in Kibler, Ark. to W. M. and Kathryn (BRODIE) MAY. He died Saturday, June 20, 1998, at Sequoyah Memorial Hospital in Sallisaw. His wife was Lela BLEDSOE. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Wanda and Marion; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Bill and Robert and Marian; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren, and one sister, Irene; He was preceded in death by his parents and four sisters, Ella STINNETT, Kathryn STEVENSON, Mary STINNETT and Mamie BARGER.

Funeral services for Emma SEVENSTAR, 76, of Muldrow are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Belefonte Baptist Church, north of Muldrow, with the Rev. Martin Cochran officiating. Burial is in Belefonte Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw. Mrs. SEVENSTAR was born March 6, 1922, in Muldrow, to Isaac and Celia (SEABOLT) POLECAT. She died Sunday, June 21, 1998, at a Fort Smith, Ark. hospital. Her husband, Richard SEVENSTAR, preceded her in death. Survivors include three daughters, Margie, Irene and Anna; three sons, Billy, Donald Lee and Martin; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Betsey.

Graveside services for James Daniel "Jay" TEAGUE, 74, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating. Mr. TEAGUE was born Jan. 12, 1924, in Clinton, Ark., to Claud and Lillian Elizabeth (LOVELL) TEAGUE. He died Thursday June 18, 1998 in Sallisaw. Survivors include one daughter, Linda; and one granddaughter; five sisters, Cuby, Joyce, Virginia, Bonnie, and Irene; four brothers, W. C., Donald and Ronald and Mike. Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Dan TOON, 80, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Uniontown Cemetery in Uniontown, Ark. Mr. TOON was a native of Short and is survived by several cousins, including Betty Lou PEOPLES.

Elizabeth Fawcett WATSON, 66, of Muldrow died Sunday, June 21, 1998, at her home in Muldrow. She was born Aug. 19, 1931, to Carl and Sabina WARREN in Lancaster, Pa. Survivors include one son, Carl; and one sister, Sabina. Cremation was under the direction of Agent Funeral Home.

Burial is in Liberty Cemetery north of Roland. Mrs. COTHERMAN was born July 18, 1934, to Glen Trester and Frances (BOREN) TRESTER in Santa Ana, Calif. Mrs. COTHERMAN married Jack L. COTHERMAN, Jan. 29, 1965, in Las Vegas, Nev. Survivors include her husband, Jack of the home; two daughters, Debbie and Patricia C.; two sons, Glen and Russel; one step-daughter, Carol D.; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Glennis and Penny; and two brothers, James and George.
