Graveside services for Arthur Leroy BAILEY, 67, of Moffet, are being held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Muldrow, with the Rev. Wayne Hall officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow.He was born on June 8, 1937, in Parks, Ark., to John A. BAILEY and Ella (BERKLEY) BAILEY. He died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005 in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include one daughter, Brenda Lee; two sons, Alfred Roy and Alden Dale; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one sister, Edith; and two brothers, Kenneth and Wendel. He was preceded in death by four brothers, Alfred, Clinton, Jack and Jerry BAILEY and two sisters, Geraldine BAILEY and Elois WEBB.
Funeral services for O.W. CATO, 85, of Vian, will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Blackgum First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dale Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Box Cemetery north of Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born on Nov. 23, 1919, in Mena, Ark., to Cornelious Lafatte "Fate" CATO and Myrtle (BOWEN) CATO. He died on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2005 in Vian. Mr. Cato married Cornelia E. "Connie" MORRIS on March 12, 1945 in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Connie CATO of the home; two daughters, Janet Kay and J.C.; one son, Jeffery Jerome; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Vera; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one infant son, Victor Wayne CATO.

He was born on May 2, 1936, in Hurricane, Utah, to Daniel CONNELL and Agness ASHTON. He died on Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, in Fort Smith, Ark. Survivors include his wife, Wanda (SMITH) CONNELL of the home; three daughters, Cathy, Charlene and Debbie; three sons, Robert, Randy and Craig; 10 grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy; and two brothers, Darrell and William. He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Ellen THOMAS; and one great-grandson.

He died on Friday, Feb. 25, 2005, in Sallisaw. He married Jewel POINDEXTER on April 30,1963 in Cresent. Survivors include his wife, Jewel CRONE of the home; two daughters, Donna and Cynthia; two sons, David and Sammy; four grandchildren; his mother of Oklahoma City; five brothers, Lester, Chester, Jerry, Larry and Danny.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, Elizabeth Faye FALKNER; her parents, William Fred Sr. and Ruth Elizabeth HUGGINS LOFTIN; one sister, Ruby BIGGS; twin brother, Bill LOFTIN and one brother, Lloyd WILBOURN.

Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Charles and his wife Trisha; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Bill, Clifford and Austin. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jim MORTON and Clarence MORTON; one sister, Olive LEDFORD.
Gerald C. GAMMILL, 80, of Fort Smith, Ark. died on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005 in an area hospital. A private family committal will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2005 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, with a public memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Edwards Funeral Home Chapel of Fort Smith. Mr. GAMMILL was born on July 20, 1924, in Shady Point, to W.C. and Annie GAMMILL. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Dorothy; one son, Tom and his wife Gina; one granddaughter; one grandson; three nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, W.C. GAMMILL Jr.

He was born on March 23, 1911, in Webbers Falls, to James Monroe and Maryetta (WHITE) HINKLE. He died on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2005, in Muskogee. He married Ora Mae COVINGTON in Webbers Falls. She preceded him in death on Feb. 10, 2004. Survivors include his children, Maxine, Johnnie, Don and his wife, Alma, Wanda and her husband, Al, Mary and her husband, Larry; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.

Logan RICHARDSON, 79, died on Tuesday, Jan. 25, 2005, in Oklahoma City. Burial was in Resurrection Cemetery in Oklahoma City. He was born on March 20, 1925, north of Sallisaw, to Sidney and Lura Belle RICHARDSON. Survivors include his wife, Norma Jean RICHARDSON; children, Nancy and Louis; and three grandchildren.

Norman Ledford officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Feb. 18, 1970 in Bakersfield, Calif., to Michael DeWayne GADDY and Sue (SPARKS) GADDY. She died on Wednesday, March 23, 2005 in Sallisaw. Survivors include five sons, Rickey Wayne, William, Jr., Tristan, Sylvannis, and John Wesley; her mother, Sue SPARKS GADDY; her step-father, Amos HUNTER; one sister, Kelly; two brothers, John and George; several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends; and her companion, Charley.
Funeral services for Pauline Marie HOGWOOD, 84, of Sallisaw, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, with Rev. Steve Mabry officiating. Burial was in Brent Cemetery in Sallisaw, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Oct. 20, 1920 in Sallisaw, to Thomas FANNON and Myrtlle ATKERSON. She died on Friday, March 25, 2005 in Fayettevilla, Ark. Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Rose and Marvin; two sons and daughters-in-law, Carl and Lynda, and Edward and Sharon; four sisters, Lenora, Clara Jean, Lavada , and Linda; two brothers, Charles, and Clyde; 11 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Wanda J. HUNT, 71, of Sallisaw, will be held at 2 p.m. at Friday Immanuel Baptist Church in Sallisaw, with Rev. Jason Helmbacher officiating. Burial will be in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She was born on Aug. 2, 1933 in Okmulgee to Henry HOLLINGSWORTH and Susie (HALL) HOLLINGSWORTH. She died on Monday, March 28, 2005 in Oklahoma City. She married Jack HUNT on Nov. 17, 1955 in Oklahoma City. Survivors include her husband of 50 years, of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Joanee Ray and George, and Paulette Suzanne and Ernie; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Stephen Jack and Jack Raymond, II and Shelly; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one sister, Elsie; several nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by one brother, Tommy HOLLINGSWORTH .
Norris D. ORMS, 92, of Fort Smith, died Sunday, March 27, 2005 in local hospital. He was born in 1913 in Tampa, Fla. Survivors include his wife, Madelon; three children, Michael and his wife Carole, Nancy, and Joyce ; one brother-in-law, Cleve and wife Linda; 11 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

Ed Cunningham officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on March 26, 1907 in Indian Territory, to Thomas MARLOW and Susan (COLLUM) MARLOW. She died on Saturday, March 26, 2005 in Vian. She married Ralph PETERSON on Oct. 15, 1924 in Fort Smith, Ark. He preceded her in death on Aug. 11, 1972 in Tulsa. Survivors include two daughters, Lorene and Loretta; 11 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Eugene PATTERSON; one brother; and four sisters.

She died on Sunday, March 27, 2005 in Sallisaw. She married Faye Alexander RANDOLPH on Dec. 26, 1932, at First Baptist Church in Sallisaw. Survivors include her husband of 72 years of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Ken; two sons, Donald and Boyce; two sisters, Bernice and Dorotha; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. .
Funeral services for Doris ROWE, 78, of Gore, were held at 2 p.m. at the Gore United Methodist Church, under the direction of Milsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls. She was born on Feb. 14, 1927 near Braggs, to Claude GATES and Frances (ANTHONY) GATES. She died on Friday, March 25, 2005. Survivors include her husband, Robert ROWE, of the home; five children, Robert Jr., Margie, Steve, Vicki, and Cliff; 16 grandchildren; 12 great-granchildren; four brothers, Doyle, Claude, Chester, and J.R.; one sister, Delores.

She married Lonnie Joseph MORGAN on Jan. 7, 1938 in Sallisaw, and later she married Vernie SHAMBLIN on March 1, 1967 in Stilwell. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Ronnie and Vanda; step-children, Sue, Sharon Frances, Ray and Jack; two sisters, Deloris and Bobbie; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by one son at birth, Lonnie Gene; one daughter, Donna Jean; and her first husband, Lonnie Joseph MORGAN on April 22, 1991 in Fort Smith.

Survivors include his two daughters, Margaret REEDER of Texas and Charlotte EDWARDS of Muldrow; and several nieces and nephews.

Fred Oaks officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. She was born on Sept. 14, 1930 in Sallisaw, to Robert ANDREWS and Jettie (TWEEDY) ANDREWS. She died on Monday, March 28, 2005 in Fort Smith, Ark. She married Charlie D. TRUEBLOOD on July 16, 1973 in Stilwell. Survivors include her husband, of the home; four daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Dale, JoAnn and Gerald, Lynn and Jeff, and Donna and D.C.; one son and daughter-in-law, Darrell and Linda; 17 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; one sister, Lois; and three brothers, J.D. and A.C., and Dewey.

Survivors include his wife, Talitha WILSON of the home; his children, Vernon and Patsy, and Lloyd and Betty, and Jean and James, one sister, Imogene; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one son, Norman Doyle WILSON; his parents; five brothers; five sisters; and his first wife, Lucille WILSON.
