Willodean CARTER, 81, of Roland, died on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, in Roland. She was born on April 19, 1928, in Paragould, Ark., to Edward KINGSTON and Garnett (CRUTCHFIELD) KINGSTON. Cremation was under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Survivors include, one daughter, Judy and her husband, Stan; three sons, Larry and his wife, Sandy and Stephen, and Joe; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Juanita, and four brothers, Billy, Rosco, C.A. and Bernard.

William “Bill” DOBBS, 84, of Sallisaw died Sunday, Feb. 28, 2010, in Sallisaw. Graveside  services for William "Bill" DOBBS, 84, were held at Akins Cemetery, north of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. . Mr. DOBBS  was born March 12, 1925 in Webber Falls, Oklahoma, the son of Fide and Anna DOBBS. Mr. DOBBS passed this life on February 28, 2010 in Sallisaw. Survivors include four sons: Phillip, Bill, Jeff  and David; one daughter: Betty; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, one brother: John E. DOBBS of Sallisaw and several other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents:  Fide and Anna DOBBS.

Peggy Jean DOTSON, 57, of Van Alstyne, Texas, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, at the Wilson N. Jones Medical Center in Sherman, Texas. She was born to Robert Junior and Robbie Rae (ANDREWS) BURNS on Dec. 31, 1952, in Sallisaw. On Aug. 4, 1969, she married Edwin DOTSON in Fairview, Texas. Peggy is survived by her husband, Edwin; two daughters, Lacinda and Autumn; three grandchildren; two sisters, Joanne and her husband, Gerald, and Lynn and her husband, Jeff; two nieces; and one nephew. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Van Alstyne Cemetery with Gary Gibbs officiating under the direction of Flesher Funeral Home of Van Alstyne. Rev. Paul James GREEN, 77, of Muldrow passed away Feb. 27, 2010, in Roland. He was born Dec. 2, 1932 in the Paw Paw community, the son of Robert James GREEN and Mildred Pauline (ROWLAND) GREEN. He married Margie Lou (FAULKNER) GREEN on Aug. 19, 1950, in Ozark, Ark. Survivors are his wife, Margie of the home; three daughters and sons-in-law, Janet and Steve, and Debbie and Evan, and Allison and Johnny; one son and daughter-in-law, Stephen and Joy; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; one sister Betty; one brother, Jerry; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant son, James Dean GREEN and his parents.

Joe Bailey GUNTER Sr., 91, of Sallisaw, passed away Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, in Sallisaw. Mr. GUNTER was born on Nov. 4, 1918, in Gans, the son of James Martin GUNTER and Lula Melissa (COUCH) GUNTER. He married Ruby Lee MERRILL on April 14, 1941, in Gans. She preceded him in death on Oct. 22, 2009, in Sallisaw. Survivors are, two sons and daughters-in-law, Joe Jr. and Diana, and Gary and Shirley; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and many friends. He was also preceded in death by one son, Dennis GUNTER, three grandchildren, Ashley, Justin, and Christopher GUNTER, his parents, two sisters, Etta LINKER and Irene GULLICK and four brothers, Jimmy, John, George and Dexter GUNTER.

Charlotte Ann HOUSE, 64, of Sallisaw passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010, in Sallisaw. She was born Feb. 24, 1946, in Tulsa, the daughter of Hershel “Buster” WOODWARD and Dorothy (FITZSIMMONS) WOODWARD. She married Charles “C.W.” HOUSE on April 16, 1968, in Stigler. Survivors are her husband, C.W. of the home; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Wayne, and Charles and Stacy; one daughter and son-in-law, Alicia and Gary; four grandchildren; one sister and brother-in-law, Faye and Roy; two young men that were special to her, Thomas and Steve; and several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services for Ivie Cleo JAMISON, 98, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Calvary Temple with the Revs. Tommy Noel and Leon Farley officiating. Burial was at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. JAMISON was born on July 19, 1911 in Sallisaw to Lee PHILPOT and Elizabeth (BREWER) PHILPOT. She died on Saturday, Feb. 27, 2010, in Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons, Robert, and Harvey Jr. and his wife, Virginia; two sisters, Grace and Anna; two brothers, Norman and Wesley; 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harvey Olin JAMISON, one son, Marvin Leroy JAMISON, one infant grandson, Richard Marvin JAMISON, one great-grandson, Jason MILLER, one sister Opal MATTINGLY and five brothers, George, Charles, Roy, William and Elsie PHILPOT.

Memorial services for Thelma Doris MYERS PASSNO, 90, of Vian, were held March 1, 2010 at 10 am in Agents Chapel in Sallisaw, with Wendell Cox officiaitng.  She was born November 7, 1919 in Springfield, Illinois. She married William Arthur PASSNO on August 9, 1941 in Nevada. Mrs. PASSNO passed this life on February 26, 2010 in Gore, Oklahoma. Survivors include her husband: Art PASSNO of the home two daughters and one son in law: Bonnie and Robert, and Arla;eight grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter: Mona HULSE

Jack Clifton SWINDELL was born February 27, 1934 in Weathers, Oklahoma, the son of Clarence Newt SWINDELL and Minnie Jack (BELL) SWINDELL1. Mr. SWINDELL passed this life on March 8, 2010 in Talihina, Oklahoma. Survivors are one son: Jack; one daughter: Karen; one sister: Lea; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Clarence and Minnie SWINDELL, three sisters, Jeanne SHIREY, Valerie AVERNA, and Lajuanna LANGE and  two brothers: Otho and Loyd SWINDELL Arrangement were by Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Edwina BLACKARD of Vian, was born On Oct. 12, 1918, in Vian to Edward Lee and Willie (THOMPSON) HILL. She passed away Monday, March 1, 2010, in Tulsa at the age of 91. She is survived by, one sister, Shirley and her husband, Jim; one sister-in-law, Phyllis; five nieces; one nephew; and nine great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Bob HILL and Jack Rogers HILL, one sister, Doris MEIS and her half sister, Ruby SMITH. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Vian United Methodist Church with the Revs. Lynn McCarty and Vernon Lawrence officiating. Burial was at The Garden of Memories in Vian under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Charles D. KENYON, 70, of Sallisaw, passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Fort  Smith, Ark. Mr. KENYON was born on Feb. 5, 1940, in Delhi, the son of Elder Ezekiel KENYON and Eula Lottie (RUTHROCK) KENYON. He married Margaret (COOK) KENYON on Oct. 25, 1988, in Fort Smith. Survivors are his wife, Margaret of the home; one son, Billy; two step-daughters, Pam and Patti; one step-son, Perr.; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three sisters, Dorothy, Gladys, and Phyllis; one brother, Donnie; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by an infant son, Robert Houston, his parents, two sisters, Treasure and Leah, and three brothers, E.J., Alvin and Bill. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Burial is at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Patsy Twist REAY of Wichita, Kan. was born on June 8, 1941, in Vian to George and Bonnie (VAUGHN) TWIST and passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Wichita at the age of 68. She is survived by three daughters, Janice, Terry and Paula; two step-daughters, Sally Jo and Gloria Marie; two sons, Myron and Mitchel; one step-son, Michael Carl; four sisters, Bea, Jenny, Linda and Wilma; two brothers, Fred and Vernon; several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, Carl NEFF and David REAY, three sisters, Virginia, Jean and Eva and four brothers, Cecil, Glenn, J.D. and Bob. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Box Cemetery north of Vian under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Aaron C. WATERS, 87, of Tulsa passed away Wednesday, March 3, 2010, in Sapulpa. He was born May 25, 1922, in Spiro, the son of John WATERS and Nellie (JACKSON) WATERS. He married Betty Sue JILES on Nov. 1, 1947, in Van Buren, Ark. She preceded him in death on Sept. 15, 1977, in Tulsa. Survivors are one granddaughter, Ann; one great-granddaughter; three sisters, Juaneve, Treva, and Dorothy; one brother, Howard; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends. He was also preceded in death by his parents, one daughter, Pamela Sue COLE, four sisters, Mona WATERS, Juanita LEE, Willene HINES and Veda CALDWELL, four brothers, Doil, Euckley, Orval and the infant twin of Howard WATERS. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw, with Bro Herbert Lee officiating..

Patsy Lee ENGLAND, 59, of Sallisaw died on Friday, March 5, 2010, in Sallisaw. Services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw with burial to follow at Peters Cemetery in Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.  She was born October 31, 1950 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the daughter of Matthew ENGLAND and Parlee Princess (JACKSON) ENGLAND. Survivors include, four sisters, Opal,  Wanice,  Wava Jean, and Darlene, three brothers, Bert ,  Maynard, .and Wayne, several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and  one brother: Arvil ENGLAND.

Graveside services for Matthew Zane GRAY, an infant, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisa, with Pastor Shawn Money officiating.. He was born March 7, 2010 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas the son of Ronald Benjamin GRAY and Heather Mae (WILSON) GRAY. Matthew died on Sunday, March 7, 2010, in Fort Smith. Survivors include his parents, Ron and Heather GRAY of the home; five brothers, Jacob, Benjamin, Andrew, Trenton and Jeremiah; two sisters, Erika and Ashley; maternal grandmother, Andrea CENTER;. aunts and uncles: Zane and Melissa,  Tina and Jason, Archie and Angie,  Tom and Angela, Cassia and Spencer, Eric and Tarrah, Raechel, Luke and Jenny, and Rick and Melissa. He was preceded in death by his grandparents:  Zane and Delia GRAY.

Harvey William HELSBY, 74, of Roland died on Saturday, March 6, 2010, in Roland. The family will have a time of remembrance at his home from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday. Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He  was born May 31, 1935 in Merced, California, the son of Fred William HELSBY and Gladys Sarah (CHRISSINGER) HELSBY. He married Hannelora Herma (BRAUCKHOF) HELSBY on October 25, 1963 in Bremerhafen, Germany. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Memorial service will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday at his home in Roland. He is survived by his wife, Hannelore; a daughter, Kathleen; a son, Glen; a sister, Darlene; a brother, Carl; and four grandchildren; several other relatives and friends He was preceded in death by one grandson: Daniel HELSBY and his parents: Fred and Gladys HELSBY

Funeral services for Roberta "Bert" SIMMONS, 80, of Blackgum,  were held at the Community Church of Christ in Blackgum on March 5, 2010 at 2 p m under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw with Dr Bill Willis officiating. Burial was in Box Cemetery north of Vian. Mrs. SIMMONS,  was born January 17, 1930 in Piney, Oklahoma, the daughter of William B. FIELDS and Laura Katherine RAY FIELDS. She was married to Roy SIMMONS on December 5, 1948 in Anadarko, Oklahoma. She passed this life on March 2, 2010 in Vian, Oklahoma. Survivors include,  husband: Roy of the home one son and daughter in law:  Roy and Joan; one grandson: two great grandchildren; two brothers and one sister in law:  Benjamin,  Robert and Kim. two sisters and brothers in law; Wanda Jean and Chester,  Hallie and Alan several l nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends . She was preceded in death by her parents, her adoptive parents: Johnny Everett WEBSTER and Wynona Doyne GIST, three  brothers: Leo, Alfred and Willis Ray, and 2 sisters: Polly and Armentia. .

Irishman SMITH, 73, of Vian died on Monday, March 8, 2010, in Vian. Graveside services are being held at 2 p.m. Friday at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw, with the Rev Vernon Stone officiating. He was born January 9, 1937 in Vian, Oklahoma, the son of Curtis SMITH, Jr. and Chloe Elizabeth (BERRY) SMITH. He married Dorothy Fay (MONTGOMERY) SMITH on July 4, 1973 in Warsaw, Missouri. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy; four daughters, Patty, Brenda, and Brenda, and Tina; four sons, Jimmy, Kenneth  D., George, and Robert; mother, Chloe SMITH; three brothers, Bob, Jerry and Bill; two sisters, Mary, and Kitty; 31 grandchildren; and 29 great-grandchildren;. several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father: Curtis SMITH, Jr., one sister, Willa Jean SMITH;  and one brother: Walter Raymond "Blue" SMITH.

James E. BLADES of Sallisaw was born Jan. 10, 1942, in Kansas City, Mo. to Samuel H. and Irena (BOWMAN) BLADES and passed away March 10, 2010, in Sallisaw at the age of 68. He is survived by his wife, Leslie “Jinx” of the home; one daughter, Anne and her husband, Anthony; one brother, Samuel H. Jr.; one brother-in-law, Charles; one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Brooke and Tyler; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, Audrey, Violet and Pearl. There will be a memorial service at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Fellowship Chapel at Blue Ribbon Downs with the Rev. Jerry Green officiating. Cremation was under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Steven Lee BURRIS, 29, of Muldrow died Thursday, March 11, 2010, in Fort Smith. He was a delivery driver and a Baptist. Memorial service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow with burial at Roland City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. With Bro Anthony Williams officiating. He is survived by a daughter, Selena; two sons, Steven and Phoenix; a stepdaughter, Shonda;  one step grandchild; his mother, Susan BURRIS; his father, Charles BURRIS; three sisters, Tammy, Lawanda and Sarah; two brothers, Frank and James; . Several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a step son: Phoenix RICH

Wayne PRATT, 90, of Roland died Thursday, March 11, 2010, in Fort Smith. He was born July 18, 1919, the son of Robert Samuel PRATT and Fannie Elizabeth (JOHNSON) PRATT. He married Beulah Mae (CLICK) PRATT on October 5, 1942 in California. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Muldrow with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery in Muldrow. With Pastor Ronny Mayfield officiating. He is survived by his wife, Beulah; two daughters and one son-in-law, Beverly, and Janie and Richard; a son, Kenneth; a sister, Virgie; four brothers, Robert, Edward, Floyd and Roy; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by one daughter: Cheryl TURRENTINE, one grandson, Danny POPE  and his parents: Robert and Fannie PRATT.

Junior Lee BLACKBIRD, 71, of Marble City died on Monday, March 15, 2010, in Fort Smith, Ark. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday,  March 18, 2010 at 2 pm in the House of Praise in Marble City, with Bro Dwaine Hardbarger and  Bro Billy George Pettit officiaitng. Burial is in the McCoy Evening Shade Cemetery under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He was born April 23, 1938 in Evening Shade, Oklahoma, the son of Blackbird BLACKBIRD and Mary (LINCOLN) BLACKBIRD. He married Dollie Mae (PETTIT) BLACKBIRD in 1982. She preceded him in death on September17, 2007 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mr. BLACKBIRD died on March 15, 2010 in Ft. Smith. Survivors include. step daughter and son in law: Harriet and William; six grandchildren; one brother: William; He was preceded in death by his wife: Dollie BLACKBIRD, his parents: Blackbird and Mary BLACKBIRD,  and one brother: Dick BLACKBIRD. 

Vesta G. Brown, 90, of Sallisaw died on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, in Sallisaw. Services are being held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw.

Steven Lee BURRIS, 29, of Muldrow was born October 15, 1980 in Ft Smith, Arkansas, the son of Charles Edward BURRIS and Susan Annalois SEXTON BURRIS. He died Thursday, March 11, 2010, in Fort Smith. Survivors include two sons, Steven and Phoenix;one daughter Selena; one stepdaughter, Shonda, one step grandchild; his mother, Susan BURRIS; his father, Charles BURRIS; three sisters, Tammy, Lawanda and Sarah; two brothers, Frank and James; a grandchild and a stepgrandchild; Several other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by a step son: Phoenix RICH

John GIST, 53, of Tucker, Okla., died Monday, March 15, 2010, in Tucker. He was a farmer. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Tucker Church of Christ with burial at Cowlington Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Spiro. Mr. Taylor Joyce officiating. He was born on Aug. 4, 1956, in Stigler. He died on Monday, March 15, 2010, in Tucker. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanie and Julie; a son, John ; his parents, J.D. and Ruby GIST; a sister, Susie; a brother, Jim; and seven grandchildren.

Harold Frank JAMES, 81, of Norman died Monday, March 15, 2010, in Norman. Funeral services are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Havenbrook Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at the Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery in Norman. Services are under the direction of Havenbrook Funeral Home of Norman. Mr. JAMES was born on May 24, 1928, in Sallisaw to Hazel Faye (TOWELL) and Obid Conrad JAMES. He married Ida Clay BUNCH in Midwest City in 1954. Mr. JAMES was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, O.C. JAMES, Donald JAMES and Gene JAMES, sisters, Jerry FRIX. Loreen CASSIDY and Freda MARTIN, son, Anthony JAMES and his wife, Ida, in 2007. Survivors include his daughter, Tracy and her husband, Mike; brother, Kenneth; one granddaughter;one grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

William Leon McKINLEY,66, of Gore, was born April 6, 1943 in Casa Grande, Arizona, the son of Earl Jarl McKINLEY and Dorthy Fay (JOHNSON) McKINLEY. He married Deanna Jean (McMAHON) McKINLEY on May 27, 1961 in Casa Grande, Arizona. Mr. McKINLEY died on March 16, 2010 in Sallisaw. Survivors include his wife, Deanna of the home. Two sons, William E. and John B; One daughter, Jeanna M ; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one sister, Anita; two brothers, Billy and Edward.

Glennis Faye NEWTON, 74, of Sallisaw was born October 12, 1935 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Henry ROSS and Ruby Inola (STEWART) ROSS. She married Benjamin Allen NEWTON on June 3, 1954 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She died   March 12, 2010, in Sallisaw. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at McCoy Cemetery in Sallisaw,  Rev Vernon Stone officiating.  She is survived by her husband, Ben; a daughter, Belinda; two sons, Alan, and Michael; a stepson, Stanley; and two sisters, Mary and Carol; eight grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents: Henry and Ruby ROSS.

V. Geraldine GREAVES “Jerri” BROWN, 90, of Sallisaw passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2010, in Sallisaw. She was born on Feb. 2, 1920, in Fairland, but grew up in Miami, Okla. She was the daughter of Raymond GREAVES and Anna (BLAIR) GREAVES. She married Clarence V. BROWN on Nov. 16, 1936, in Columbus, Kan.  Mrs. BROWN was preceded in death by her husband, a daughter, Trecia BROWN ROBINSON, two brothers, R.L. GREAVES Jr. and Byron GREAVES and two sisters, Pansy ESSEX and Betty SPECIALE. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Gary and Joan, and Gerald and Carol; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Services were held at 2 p.m. Friday at the Agent Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Memorial services for Ruby Lee HALL, 80,  of Roland, were held Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 11 am in Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow. Mrs. HALL was born March 21, 1929 in Muldrow, Oklahoma the daughter of Jim CHANDLER and Verna (EATON) CHANDLER. Mrs. HALL passed this life on March 14, 2010 in Roland.Survivors include one daughter Ruby G; one son, Gary; 16 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; onesister: Doris;. several other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond HALL,one son: Donald WANN and her parents: Jim and Verna CHANDLER.

Funeral services for Ruby Idell "Ikie" BINZ OWENS , 68, of Bossier City, Louisiana formerly of Fort Smith, Arkansas, were held Thursday, March 18, 2010, at 10 am.under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery. She was born August 23, 1941 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Harold C. and Ruby (WEAVER) TAYLOR and died March 15, 2010 in Bossier City, Louisiana. She is survived by; her daughter, Mitzie and husband David. One son; Joseph Clayton nad wife Christie, One brother; James Darrell and wife Bonnie; her three  grandsons, and her special friend; Denise. She was preceded in death by; her parents and husbands Joseph J. BINZ and James OWENS.

Eddie Don PITMAN, 50, formerly of Sallisaw, died Friday, March 12, 2010, in Dallas. He was a warehouseman and a Baptist. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Akins Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw. He was born November 5, 1959 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Donne PITMAN and Janet (TWIST) BERGQUIST. He is survived by a daughter, Misti; a son, Zachary; his parents, Janet and Arden BERGQUIST and Donne and Sandie PITMAN; and two sisters, Stacey, and Andrea.  And a large extended family and many friends He was preceded in death by his grandparents:  William S. and Savola WEBB PITMAN and Watie V. and Reba RECORD TWIST.

Bobby Allen COPELAND, 40, of Marble City, was born August 21, 1969 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, the son of Ed COPELAND and Edith (HONEYCUTT) COPELAND. He married Ronice Leane (RUSH) COPELAND on April 4, 2006 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  He died Friday, March 19, 2010, in Fort Smith. Graveside service will be 11 a.m. Monday at Marble City Cemetery , Rev Johnny Flute officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. He is survived by his wife, Ronice; a daughter, Britanie; a son, Derick; and one granddaughter; his mother, Edith COPELAND; six sisters, Freda, Darlene,  Rhonda, Sandra, Marilyn, and Sue; two brothers, Gene and Mark. He was preceded in death by one son, Bobby Doyle COPELAND, his father: Ed COPELAND, and  one brother,  Sonny COPELAND.

Mary Bell DUSTMAN, 74, of Muldrow passed away Sunday, March 21, 2010, in Fort Smith, Ark. She was born March 26, 1935, in Helena, Ark., the daughter of Bud RIPLEY and Violet (HAMPTON) RIPLEY. She married Donald Ray DUSTMAN on April 27, 1979, in Poteau. Survivors are her husband, Donald of the home; one daughter, Bonnie; two sons, Richard Ray and Marvin Lynn; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two sisters, Dorothy and Helen; and two brothers, August and Carl. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, General, Hershel and Arizona, one sister, Minnie Ruth and infant twin sister. Services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Christ for the World Church in Fort Smith. Burial was at Maple Cemetery northeast of Sallisaw under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow.

Colt Wyatt McDONALD, infant son of Stephanie McDONALD, was born March 19, 2010 in Poteau  and died Friday, March 19, 2010, in Poteau. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church in Roland with burial at Cottonwood Cemetery in Muldrow under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow, with Rev. C.W. Blood officiating. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Doyle and Cindy McDONALD; and his maternal great-grandparents, Harold and Marie McElLYEA and Bill and Pat McDONALD; one uncle; two aunts; several other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Joy Dian MEFFORD, 69, of Sallisaw,  was born July 17, 1940 in Mesa, Arizona, the daughter of Tandy L. PENDERGRASS and Vada M. (MOON) PENDERGRASS. She married Lester MEFFORD on July 8, 1960 in Merced, California. Mrs. MEFFORD died Friday, March 19, 2010, in Fort Smith. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw with burial at Drake Stand Cemetery in Sallisaw. Pastor Jim Landelias, Elder Steven Harris, Pastor Perry Fletscher and Rev. Vernon Stone officiated.  She is survived by her husband, Lester; three daughters, Gina, Shelly and Leslie; three sons, Kevin, Bryon and Chris; a sister, Theda; and a brother, Ned; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Lola Belle PENDERGRASS, 89, of Muldrow, was born September 4, 1920 in Gans, Oklahoma, the daughter of Ed STIMSON and Della (GIBSON) STIMSON. She married Floyd "Skinny" PENDERGRASS on March 11, 1943 in Poteau, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on August 14, 1997 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. Mrs. PENDERGRASS died Saturday, March 20, 2010, in Fort Smith. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Agent Funeral Home Chapel in Muldrow , with Rev Dale Phelps officiating, with burial at Muldrow Memory Garden. She is survived by two daughters, Mary and Tammy; two sisters, Jennie and Edna; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Floyd "Skinny" PENDERGRASS,one sister: Ava WHEELER and one brother, Charles STIMSON.

Wanda Lou PIGEON, 62,  of Flute Springs, was born August 24, 1947 in Sequoyah County Oklahoma to Daws and Samantha (BIRD) STEALER and passed away March 19, 2010 in Tulsa. Survivors include her husband, Autry of the home.  Four daughters, Carolyn, Lavonda & husband Choya, Regina and husband Marcus, amd Bertha. One son, Lawrence "Toddy"; three sisters, Irenel, Alene, Galelia; one brother, Mack; 10 Grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A host of family and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Ruby and Katie STEALER, two brothers, George and Raymond STEALER, one half sister, Laura STEALER, one son, Rodney PIGEON,  one daughter, Volonda PIGEON. She was a member of the Nondenominational Faith. Funeral services were held at 2 pm Wednesday at Marble City Gym with the Rev Charlie Shell and Clifton Pettit officiating. Burial was in Flute Springs Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.

George Weir WEBSTER Sr., 79, of Sallisaw passed away March 23, 2010, in Sallisaw. He was born Sept. 15. 1930, in Muskogee, the son of John Seth Webster and Ethel (WEIR) WEBSTER. He married Ethel Louise (BARRETT) WEBSTER on Sept. 21, 1950, in Muskogee. Survivors are, two daughters and one son-in-law, Kathy and Sheila and Joe; two sons and one daughter-in-law, George Weir Jr. and his wife Jennifer and Bob; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Linda; two sisters, Lorrane and Johnnie; and one brother, Jerry. He was preceded in death by his wife and his parents, John and Nola WEBSTER. Graveside services are being held at 2 p.m. Friday at Middleton Chapel Cemetery in Oktaha under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

Graveside  services for Mary BREWSTER, 85,  were held Friday, March 26, 2010 at 1 pm at Maple Cemetery, under the direction of Agents Funeral Home of Sallisaw, with Rev Anthony Williams officiaitng. Mary BREWSTER was born July 8, 1924 in Farris, Oklahoma, the daughter of Roy KING and Rixie (COGGINS) KING. She married Robert Truman BREWSTER on August 18, 1945 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 13, 1993 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. BREWSTER passed this life on March 25, 2010 in Sallisaw. Survivors include two sons and one daughter in law: Robert Dennis, Tony and Janice; two granddaughters; three sisters, Katie, Emma Lou , and Gaye; one brother: Billy Roy, several other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her husband: Truman BREWSTER, her parents: Roy and Rixie KING and one brother: Max KING

Graveside services for Shirley Mae BROYLES ,72, , were held Monday, March 29, 2010 at 10 am, at Muldrow Memory Garden, with Rev David Orr officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Muldrow. She was born August 26, 1937 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas, the daughter of Elmer RICH and Minnie M. (ELLISON) RICH. She married Ray BROYLES on March 27, 1954 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2004 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Mrs. BROYLES passed this life on March 25, 2010 in Ft. Smith. Survivors include four daughters: Deborah, Sheila,  Rita, Neta; one son: Alan; five grandchildren; six great grandchildren; one sister: Loray; two brothers: Leon, and Joe; Several other relatives and friends She was preceded in death by her husband:Ray BROYLES, two daughters: Shirley Darlene and Lisa BROYLES, her parents, and two brothers: Leroy and Clifford RICH.

Joel Douglas PARKER, fondly remembered as "Gator", born Sept 4, 1954, in DeRider, La., went home to be with his Lord and savior on Monday, March 15, 2010, in Vian. He is survived by his wife and best friend of 18 years, Caroline PARKER; children, Holly and her husband, Allen, Amy, Jacob and his wife, Cecilia, Jeff and his wife, Jeanetta, Carol Ann and her husband, Ron, Michael; and honorary son, Andrew. His memories will live on not only with his wife and children, but also his grandchildren ; great grandchildren. Brothers, Dale and his wife, Jennifer, Stevie and his wife Rachel, Troy and his wife Greer; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers and previous daughters-in-law, Merri, Liz, and Stephanie. He was preceded in death by his parents, Millard and Lucille PARKER, a brother, Ronald PARKER, and grandson, Michael HENDRICKS Jr. A memorial service will be held at 3 pm on Saturday at Lake Road Church of God, one mile north of Gore on Highway 100, for family and friends that were not able to attend his last journey in Louisiana. Arrangement are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.
