Funeral services for Reola Ethelyn ELDRIDGE, 88, of Gore are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ in Gentry, Ark.,  with Bob Lee officiating.  Burial is in Gentry Cemetery, under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs, Ark.  Mrs. ELDRIDGE was born Aug. 5, 1910, in Noel, Mo., to Dan and Myrtle (MAXON) RICKETTS.  She died Tuesday, April 27, 1999, at the Gore nursing Facility.  Survivors include two daughters, Barbara Jean and Connie; five   grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two nieces.  

Funeral services for Louie Clyde GABLE, 90, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Crossroads Assembly of God Church, south of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Louis D. Brown officiating.  Burial is in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. GABLE  was born Feb. 3, 1909, in Ft. Towson, to Louis and Fronie (HANKINS) GABLE.  He died Thursday, April 29, 1999.  He married Juanita FOREMAN Sept. 16,1927, in Sallisaw.  She preceded him in death Jan. 25, 1960.  Survivors include one daughter, Judy; three sons, Donald, Jack and Doyle; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Iva and Eva.  Mr. GABLE  was also preceded in death by one son, Foreman Lee GABLE Nov. 25, 1954.

Funeral services for Byron HENNING, 85, of Vian were held  at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Blunt Baptist Church, with Leroy Reid officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memories Cemetery in  Vian, under the direction of Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. HENNING  was born Aug. 22, 1913, in Sperry, to  Grover Cleveland HENNING and May (WINNEFRED) HEIGHT.  He died Friday, April 30, 1999, in Vian.  Survivors include his wife Helen (YOUNG) HENNING of the home; two daughters, Byranna and Barbara; two sons, Roger and Stanley Dwight; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Mr. HENNING  was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Grover Gale HENNING and Orrin Dale HENNING.  

Funeral services for Arthur LENNINGTON, 96, of Fort Smith, Ark./, were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow, with the Rev. Clayburn Bratton officiating.  Burial was in Barling City Cemetery in Barling, Ark., under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.  Mr. LENNINGTON was born Dec. 23, 1902, to Curtis and Lilly (TAYLOR) LENNINGTON.  He died Sunday, May 2, 1999, in Fort Smith.  He married Jewel Margie LENNINGTON Sept. 10, 1924, in Fort Smith.  She preceded him in death Oct. 6, 1994.  Survivors include two daughters, Wanda M. and Clara L.; two sons, Arthur E.  and John W.; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; two foster grandchildren, Steve and Linda; four sisters, Pearl , Mae, Hellen and Grace; one sister-in-law, Sudie.  

Funeral services for William H. "Bill" NICHOLS Sr., 63, of Excelsior, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood, Ark.  Burial is in Evans Cemetery in Excelsior, under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.  Mr. NICHOLS died Monday, May 3, 1999, in Greenwood.  Survivors include his wife, Inez NICHOLS of the home; two daughters,  Jana and Carla; two sons, Bill Jr. and Gregory; his mother, Ruby; one sister, Jane; five brothers, Don, Terrill, Gary "Butch", Rick and Johnny; and 10 grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mary REAL, 73, of  the McKey community, are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Christ in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Royce Martin officiating.  Burial is in Drake Stand Cemetery, west of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. REAL was born Jan. 26, 1926, in Marble City, to Jim STEPHENSON and Susie (MATTINGLY) STEPHENSON.  She died Tuesday, May 4,1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married Adam REAL Feb. 19, 1949, in Van Buren, Ark.  Survivors include her husband of the home; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Memorial graveside services for Lucille BUSIC, 95, of Riverside, Ill., formerly of Sallisaw, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sallisaw City Cemetery.  Mrs. BUSIC was born Feb. 1, 1904, in Perkins, to James Dwight STEDMAN and Amanda Jane (EVANS) STEDMAN.  She died Wednesday,  April 28, 1999, in Riverside.  Survivors include four grandchildren, Karen, Richard, Todd, and Gary; five great-grandchildren; two daughters-in-law, Jaeko and Judy.  Mrs. BUSIC was preceded in death by her husband, Paul, and two sons, Jerry and Alan.  Arrangements are under the direction of Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  

Funeral services for Oscar Lee CAMPBELL, 78, of McAlester were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Bishop Chapel of Memories, with the Rev. Neil Copple officiating.  Burial was in Brent Cemetery, south of Sallisaw, under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service in McAlester. Committal services were held at 2 p.m. Friday.  Mr. CAMPBELL  was born May 2, 1921, in Bristow, to Walter Lonnie CAMPBELL and Ethel Correna (TUDOR) CAMPBELL.  He died Tuesday, May 4, 1999, at McAlester Regional Health Center.  He married Ester Nora SMITH Dec. 24, 1946, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She preceded him in death Sept. 18, 1972.  Survivors include two brothers, Herbert Hoover and Albert Lee; four sisters, Hattie Olivine, Lilly Bell, Geraldine and Roberta Pauline; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.   Mr. CAMPBELL was also preceded in death by his parents one brother, John Franklin CAMPBELL in 1973.  

Funeral services for Thomas FLUTE SR. 77, of Flute Springs community, near Marble City, are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Marble City School gymnasium, with Clifton Pettit, John Blackwood and Leroy Reid officiating.  Burial is in Flute Springs Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Survivors include his wife, Lorine (ROBERTSON) FLUTE of the home; two daughter, May, and Christine; two sons, Thomas Jr. and John Cleveland; one sister, Sara; three brothers, Charlie, Johnny Mack, and Calvin; 12 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.  Mr. FLUTE was preceded in death by his parents , one sister Betty CHRISTIE, one brother, Homer FLUTE, one son-in-law, Paul COOKSEY, one daughter-in-law, Carolyn FLUTE, and one great-granddaughter, Jhiree COOKSEY.  

Graveside services for Martha Tinnie HARLOW, 80, of  Van Buren, Ark., were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. James Wisdom officiating.  Mrs. HARLOW was born Dec. 6, 1918, in Hanson, to Thomas and Edith (MCCASLIN) BESHEARS.  She died Monday, May 3, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married Wallace Jackson HARLOW  Oct. 9, 1936, in Greenwood, Ark.  He preceded her in death March 13, 1993.  Survivors include one daughter, Joyce; five sons, Bobby, Floyd, Troy, Burl and Billy; 25 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Liza and Reve; one sister-in-law, Stella.  Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  

Graveside services for Mack A. MULLINS, 87, of Gans were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Gans Cemetery, with Robert Krahn officiating.  Mr. MULLINS was born July 26, 1911, in Norman, Ark., to Mitchell and Parkie Louise (ESTEP) MULLINS.  He died Monday, May 3, 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital.  Survivors include one daughter, Julie; one son, David ; two sisters, Leila and Louise; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Arrangements were under the direction of Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Glynda Kay PARSONS STANFIELD, 43, of Oklahoma City, formerly of Sallisaw, were held at 3 p.m. Friday at the Sallisaw City Cemetery, with the Rev. Brian Zinck officiating.  Mrs. STANFIELD was born July 28,  1955, in Lubbock, Texas, to William Brice "W. B." PARSONS and Syble Estella  (STAFFAN) PARSONS.  She died Monday May 3, 1999, in Oklahoma City.  She married Delbert STANFIELD March 5, 1982, in Oklahoma City.  Survivors include her husband, Delbert STANFIELD  of Oklahoma City; her mother, Syble Parsons; one brother, Jerry; and several cousins, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.  Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Graveside services for Leora HINSON FREEDLE, 80, of Catoosa, formerly of Spiro, are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at  New Hope Cemetery, east of Spiro.  Mrs. FREEDLE was born Dec. 18, 1918, in Spiro, to Sydney PRUITT and Lillie Mae PRUITT WILKETT.  She died Saturday, May 8, 1999, in Tulsa.  She married Guy Rogers HINSON July 23, 1938, in Spiro.  he preceded her in death Feb. 9, 1978.  Survivors include one daughter, Alice Marie; one son, Ricky Dewayne; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; one sister, Lula Mae; and one brother, Elmer. Mrs. FREEDLE  was also preceded in death by one son, Luther Ronald HINSON.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  

Services for John F. NICHOLS, 74, of Sacramento, Calif., were  held at noon, April 23, 1999, at Fair Oaks, Calif.  Mr. NICHOLS was born June 21, 1924, in Sallisaw, to William and Wilray NICHOLS.  He died Friday, April 16, 1999, in Las Vegas, Nev.  Survivors include his wife,  France NICHOLS; two sons, Michael and Gary; and four siblings, Farrell, Inez, Anna Lou and Faye.  Mr. NICHOLS was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings, Jack, Jimmy and Doris.  

Private memorial services for Wanda June OWENS, 62, of Clarksville, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Roller-Cox Chapel in Clarksville, with the Rev. Ira Taylor officiating.  Mrs. OWENS was born March 31, 1937, in Hobart to  John Thomas Edward and Alice Dixon (COOK) EDWARDS.  She died Friday, May 7,. 1999, at her home.  Survivors include four daughters, Jennifer, Darla, Wendy and Robyn; one son, Steven; two sisters, Dolly and Eunice; two brothers, Don and L. L.; and nine grandchildren.  Mrs. OWENS was preceded in death by her parents.  Cremation is under the direction of Roller-Cox Funeral Home in Clarksville.  

Funeral services for Clarence Gordy SMITH, 84, of Gore were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, with Edler Peter Penrose Hubler officiating.  Burial was in White Chapel Cemetery in Gore, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls.  Mr. SMITH was born Feb. 14, 1915, in Gore to Rufus Andrew SMITH and Jesse ( YOUNG) SMITH.  He died Saturday, May 8, 1999, at his home.  He married Neata Dean LEE on July 25, 1936, in Gore.  Survivors include his wife, Neata Dean SMITH of the home; one son, Don L.; one daughter and son-in-law, Donna L. and George; one sister, Bonnie; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  

Rosary for Mary Katherine WILLIAMS, 75, of Stigler, were held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Mallory Chapel in Stigler.  Services are being held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the Mallory Chapel, with the Rev. Chi Peter Phung officiating.   Burial is in Mt. Home Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Stigler.  Mrs. WILLIAMS was born July 17, 1923, in McGregor, Texas, to Paul and Veronica (LYNCH) BROOKS.  She died Sunday, May 9, 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital.  Survivors include her husband, Walter E. WILLIAMS JR., of the home; one daughter, Veronica; one son, Walter, E. ; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.  Mrs. WILLIAMS was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Dorothy Faye MAYNARD, and one brother, Paul BROOKS JR.

Funeral services for William Joseph "Joe" CUNNINGHAM, 76, of Cookson were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Tenkiller Airpark in Cookson, with the Rev. Marilyn Schellhamer officiating.  Burial was in  Cookson-Proctor Cemetery  under the direction of Reed-Culver Funeral  Home in Tahlequah.  Mr. CUNNINGHAM was born April 13, 1923, in Tulsa, to Andrew Willard CUNNINGHAM and Edna Louise (WILSON) CUNNINGHAM.  He died Sunday,May 9, 1999. in Cookson.  Mr. CUNNINGHAM  married Ida Lee BRUST Dec. 27, 1950, in Claflin, Kan..  He married Mary Gayle KELLY July 4, 1998.   Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Dr. Randall; and Carol and Mel; five grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Joy; one niece, Patty; two nephews, Andy and Rich; a second cousin; and many friends and loved ones.  Mr. CUNNINGHAM was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Mary KELLY.

Funeral services for Venita Rose (TAYLOR) FARMER, 80, of Sallisaw will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw.  Burial will be in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. FARMER was born Jan. 2, 1919, in the Akins community, to John P. TAYLOR and Carrie (KELTON) TAYLOR.  She died Thursday, May 13, 1999, in Vian  She married Grady Leon FARMER Jan. 30, 1942, in Sallisaw.  He preceded her in death Feb. 13, 1986.  Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Fonda and John; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two brothers, Cass and Jack.  Mrs. FARMER was also preceded in death by one son, Grady Ray FARMER Feb. 9, 1994, and one granddaughter, Frankie Ann MERRELL April 19, 19995,.  in the A.P. Murrah Federal Building at Oklahoma City.  

Funeral services for Carlene Adron (HASTINGS) RAWLS, 85, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw.  Burial was in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. RAWLS was born Sept. 2, 1913, in Gans to Elis Robert HASTINGS and Lucille Agnes (KENDRICK) HASTINGS.  She died Tuesday, May 11,1999, in Sallisaw, with Royce Martin and Dr. Lee Woodard officiating.  Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Ranny Lucille and Les; one son, Timothy William; three grandchildren; two great-granddaughters, and one great-grandson.

Graveside services for Faye Jean (ANDERSON) CAPPS, 71,  of Vian will be  held at 11 a.m. Friday at Garden of Memories in Vian.  Mrs. CAPPS was born Sept. 23, 1927, in Vian to James "Jim" ANDERSON and Edna L. (HILL) ANDERSON.  She died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at her home.  Survivors include her mother, Hazel ANDERSON HAMILTON of the home; three sisters, Phyllis June, Lola Ann and husband, Tom, and Judy; and two brothers, and two sisters-in-law, James E. and Donna and Richard B. and Cheryl.  Mrs. CAPPS was preceded in death by one brother, Larry Wayne ANDERSON on Jan. 2, 1959, in Vian.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  

Memorial services for John CLARK, 79, of Chandler will be held at  11 a.m. Friday at Millsap Funeral Chapel in Webbers Falls.  Mr. CLARK  was born Feb. 8, 1920, in Webbers Falls to Herman and Myrtle CLARK.  he died Wednesday, May 12, 1999, in Chandler.  Survivors include his wife, Marie Clark; his children, Dorothy Alvine, Joe Clifford, Mark Harman, Gertrude, John , Scottie Michael, A. Ron, and Patricia; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; four sisters, Lucille, Valentine, Marguerite and Mary.  Mr. CLARK was preceded in death by five brothers, Clifford, Herman Jr., Richard, Fowler and Denver CLARK and four sisters, Peggy HANKINS, Sophia, Edna and Alice.  

Funeral services for Thelma E. CLARK, 87, of Arkoma are being held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Smith Mortuary Chapel in Charleston, Ark. with the Rev. Harold Wilkins officiating.  Burial is in Nixon Cemetery in Charleston, under the direction of Smith Mortuary in Charleston.  Mrs. CLARK was born Feb. 19, 1912, to Emma and Orville CORBELL.  She died Monday, May 17, 1999, at Sparks Regional Medical Center in Fort Smith, Ark.  Survivors include two daughters, Emma Sue and Connie; four sons, John, Bill, Glen and Mack; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Virgie Ann (FOLLOWELL) DODSON, 91, of Sallisaw were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ in Sallisaw, with Bro. Royce Martin officiating.  Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. DODSON was born Jan. 2,1 908, in LeFlore County, to John and Sara Jane (MORRIS) FOLLOWELL.  She died Sunday, May 16, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  She married John N. DODSON Oct. 12, 1928, in Sallisaw.  He preceded her in death July 8, 1962.  Survivors include six daughters, Nellie Jean, Mary Lee, Grace, Shirley, Glenda and Sue; two sons, Bailey Ray and Johnny Noel; 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.  

Private graveside committal was at 10 a.m. Monday at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Muldrow, under the direction of Ocker Funeral Home in Van Buren.  Memorial services for Ira EARP, 67, of Van Buren, Ark., were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Ocker Memorial Chapel in Van Buren.  Mr. EARP died Saturday, May 15, 1999, in a local hospital.  Survivors include his wife, Nadean HALLUM EARP of the home; three sons, Danny, Terry and Ira; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  

Funeral services for Nancyann (Melvin) RISLEY, 91, of Blackgum were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Box Cemetery, with the Rev. Dale Ritter officiating. Mrs. RISLEY was born Dec. 14, 1907, at Drake Stank, Oklahoma Indian Territory, to John and Lenner (MOORE) TALLEY. She died Friday, May 14, 1999, in Sallisaw. Survivors include her children, Bob, Capriece, Shirley, Delphia, Phyllis and Dixie; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. RISLEY was preceded in death by her husband, Gillie RISLEY on Feb. 22, 1994, and one son, Donald RISLEY. Arrangements were under the direction of Millsap Funeral Home in Webbers Falls.

Funeral services for Ben SCOTT JR, 74, of Spiro are being held at 1 p.m. , at Mt. Triumph Baptist church in Fort Coffee. Burial is in Fort Coffee Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro. Mr. SCOTT died Wednesday, May 12, 199, in a local hospital. He was a member of the Mt. Triumph Baptist Church in Fort Coffee. Survivors include his wife, Malinda of the home; three daughters and two sons-in-law, Donna Faye and Jeff, Gwendlyn, and Mildred and Tony; two sons and daughters-in-law, Glen and Linda , and Stanley and Vicky; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Minnie Ella and Bob, Emma and Albertus, and Maureen, and Maureen. Eight brothers and seven sisters-in-law, Josh and Darlene, and Tilton, Walter and Lucille, Huey and Mary, Marion and Marilyn, Clarence and Amelia, Issiah and Donna, and Joe and Jean; 12 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Larry Paul SPEAKS, 43, of Fort Smith, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Waldron (Arkansas) First Baptist Church.  Burial  is in Hawkins Cemetery, in Parks, Ark., under the direction of Martin Funeral Home in Waldron.  Mr. SPEAKS died Sunday, May 16, 1999, at his home.  Survivors include one daughter, Crystal; his mother, Rita; his father and stepmother, Herman and Joyce; his grandmother, Virgie; two sisters, Pamela, and Susie; and three brothers, Gary, Shaun and Jerry.

Funeral services for Ruth Quinton STARR, 88, formerly of Tahlequah were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home Chapel in Sallisaw.  Burial was in Fleetwood Cemetery, near Hanson, under the direction of Mallory-Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mrs. STARR was born Feb. 5, 1911, in Hanson, to Mack and Emily QUINTON.  She died Friday, May 14, 1999, in Tulsa.  Survivors include numerous nieces and nephews.  Mrs. STARR was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Zeke STARR, one son, Monte STARR, one niece, Wynona BOLIN, and one nephew, Don QUINTON.  

Funeral services for Dave THOMPSON, 55, of Spiro were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Mallory Chapel in Spiro.  Burial was in Greenhill Cemetery in Cameron, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro.  Mr. THOMPSON died Friday, May 14, 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital.  Survivors include two daughters, Camilla and Connie; five sisters, Louise, Doris, Mildred, Ruby, and Linda; and three brothers, Harold,  Bud and Roger.  Mr. THOMPSON was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Martha THOMPSON and one brother, Johnny THOMPSON.

Jim Henson officiating.  Mrs. WILBOURN was born Jan. 9, 1947, in Stilwell, to Millard Curtis BALDRIDGE and Versa (WHITWORTH) BALDRIDGE.  She died Sunday, May 16, 1999, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include two daughters, Christina, and Tina; three sons, William, Jackie and Rodney; five grandchildren; her mother, Versa ; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Shirley and Joe and Mattie and Bill, Sally, and Michell; three brothers, Jim, Curtis, and Robert "Bobby"; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and other relatives and friends.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Rick HOWELL, 51, of Sallisaw were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at the First United Methodist Church in Sallisaw, with Dr. J. D. Ward officiating.  Burial was in Maple Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. HOWELL was born Oct. 15, 1947, in Fort Smith, Ark., to Walton Glenn HOWELL and Margie Maxine (WOODWARD) HOWELL. He died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, in Sallisaw.  He married Martha J. CLIMER June 18, 1984, in Fort Smith.   Survivors include his wife, Martha HOWELL of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Andee and Michael, and  Amy; one stepson, Rod; four grandchildren; his mother,  and one sister and brother-in-law, Dixie Gail and Bill .

Funeral services for Sequoyah "Dick" McGREW, 84, of Oktaha were held  at 2 p.m.  Friday at Millsap Funeral Chapel in Webbers Falls, with the Rev. Ron Lindsey officiating.  Burial was in Oktaha Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service in Webbers Falls.  Mr. MCGREW was born July 17, 1914, in Webbers Falls, to William Edward McGREW and Nancy Ann (BUTTROM) MCGREW.  He died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, at his home.  Survivors include one daughter  and son-in-law, Gwen and Jerry; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Dickie and Andi, and Johnny; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.  

Funeral services for Dean E. TRAMMELL, 78, of Muldrow, are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Agent Chapel in Muldrow.  Burial was in Upper Camp Creek Cemetery, northeast of Muldrow, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Muldrow.  Mr. TRAMMELL  was born Jan. 7, 1921, in the Liberty community, to Elmer DeWillis TRAMMELL and Mary Adeline (ALLEN) TRAMMELL. He died  Thursday, May 20, 1999, in Fort Smith, Ark.  He married Eula Lucille WOODWARD Aug. 13, 1942, in Stilwell. She preceded him in death Feb. 15, 1995.  Survivors include one daughter, Terry; two sons, Phillip Dean and Ronald G.; five grandchildren; one great-grandson; and two sisters, Leora Faye and Doris.  

Rosary services for John L. ZIMPLEL, 80, of Clarksville, Ark., are being held at 7 p.m. Friday at Hardwicke Funeral Chapel in Clarksville.  Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday  at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Clarksville.  Burial will be in Holy Redeemer Catholic Cemetery in Clarksville, under the direction of Harwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville.  Mr. ZIMPEL  was born June 23, 1918, in Sterline, to Joseph M. and Regina (WERNER) ZIMPEL. He died Tuesday, May 18, 1999, in the Veterans Administration hospital in Little Rock, Ark.  Survivors include his wife, Loretta; four daughters, Mary, Jeanie, Judy and Margie; one son, John B.; two step-daughters, Debbie  and Donna; one sister, Margaret; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

"Curly" CURD, 83, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw, with Leroy Reid and Lester Black officiating.  Burial is in New Hope Cemetery in Spiro, under the direction of Mallory Wheeler Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. CURD was born April 8, 1916, in Jenny Lind, Ark., to Joe and Oma (MORRIS) CURD.  He died Monday, May 24, 1999, at his home.  Survivors include his wife, Gladys (STROUP) CURD of the home; two daughters and one son-in-law, Dorothy Mae and Perry Don, and Faye; three sons and three daughters-in-law, Joseph Earl and Winnie, Paul Keith and Sally, Robert Lee and Elizabeth; six sisters, Laura, Georgia, Marie, Alvina, Marcella and Lora Bell; four brothers, Marion F., Lee Ben, Arlie and Paul Earnest; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Mr. CURD was preceded in death by his parents, one son, William Eugene CURD, and three brothers, Morris, J. D., Lee Roy CURD.

Graveside services for Barney GAGE, 80, of Sallisaw are being held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating.  Mr. GAGE  was born March 25, 1919, to Beverly and Fannie Elizabeth (BOND) GAGE.  He died Monday, May 24, 1999, in Sallisaw.  He married Pauline Nyla GARRETT March 8, 1943, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include his wife, Pauline of the home; one daughter, Sandra Kay; one son, Jerry Wayne; one sister, Alene; and one brother, Esten.  Arrangements are under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.

Funeral services for Mayme E. GILL, 84, of Spiro were held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Mallory Chapel in Spiro. Burial was in Spiro City Cemetery, under the direction of Mallory Funeral Home in Spiro.  Mrs. GILL died Friday, May 21, 1999, in Poteau.  Survivors include five daughters, Connie Jean, Nancy Joe and husband, Johnney E., Carolyn Faye and husband, Larry C., and Donna Marie and husband, Bill, and Linda Gay and husband, Eddie; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.  Mrs. GILL was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Eugene GILL, and three brothers, Pug and Henry SOUDDRESS and Carey BROWN.  

Graveside services for Lawrence E. GREEN, 68, of Roland, formerly of Durant, were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Roland City Cemetery, with the Rev. Kenton Rowe officiating.  Mr. GREEN  was born Oct. 11, 1930, in Texas, to Moman GREEN and Lethia (HANKINS) WADFORD.  He was raised by Odie WADFORD. He died Thursday, May 20, 1999, in Roland.   Survivors include one daughter, Melba; four sons, William, Eddie, Randy and Allen; two sisters, Geneva and Faye; and one brother, John Thomas "JT".  Arrangements were under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  

Funeral services for Elza Ann "Elzan" HUNT, 81, of Gore were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Gore, with Bishop Duwayne Briley and Elder Peter Penrose Hubler officiating. Burial was in Stevenson Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Service of Webbers Falls.  Mrs. HUNT was born March 23, 1918, in Gore, to Lorine Scott STEVENSON and Elza Ann (POWELL) STEVENSON.  She died  Thursday, May 20, 1999, in Muskogee.   Survivors include her children, Elza Mae, Joseph I, Erma M, Danny R., Phyllis, Glenn E., William Lloyd, Wanda E., Arthur C., Walter L., Benny C. and Jerry S.; four sisters, Mary, Rachel, Marie and Leona; three brothers, Johnny Isom and Charles; one half brother, Andy; two half sisters, Minnie Ruth and Jeannie; 38 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Silas HUNT on Feb. 24, 1982, a son Earl Lewis HUNT in 1955, her parents, Lorine and Elza  STEVENSON; one sister, Sinda HUCKBAY;  two grandsons, Marcell CAPPS and Steven HUNT; one granddaughter, Lea HUNT; and three  great-grandsons.  

Funeral services for Kenneth James TAYLOR, 57, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Monday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Revs Wallace Harvey, Mike McKinney and Herbert Lee officiating.  Burial was in Buffington Cemetery, west of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  Mr. TAYLOR was born Aug. 6, 1941, in the Bluff community, to George Washington TAYLOR and Eula Pauline (WILSON) TAYLOR.  He died Friday, May 21, 1999, in Muskogee.  He married Charolette Sue FOREMAN March 30, 1968, in Stilwell.  Survivors include his wife, Sue TAYLOR of the home; one daughter, Terri Lynn; one grandson, Kenny Ray; his mother, and five brothers, Richard Lee, Tommy Ray, Jimmy Harold, Johnny Carroll and Billy Wayne.

Stanley Keith GILBERT, 77, of Hampton were held at 10 a.m. Friday at the Chapel of the Centurion in Fort Monroe, Va.  Burial will be at 2 p.m. June 7, in Arlington National Cemetery in Fort Meyer, Va., under the direction of R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home.  Col. GILBERT  was born Oct. 17, 1921, in Gans, to Eugene C. and Martha GILBERT.  He died Tuesday, May 25, 1999, at Hampton General Hospital.   Survivors include his wife, Evelyn A. GILBERT; one son, Dr. Stanley K. JR.; and two grandchildren.  Col. GILBERT  was preceded in death by his parents.  

Funeral services for Andrew MILLER, 76, of Webbers Falls are being held at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Assembly of God Church in Webbers Falls, with the Revs. Nathan Lamirand and Floyd Collins officiating.  Burial is in Vaught Cemetery, under the direction of Millsap Funeral Home in Webbers Falls. Mr. MILLER  was born March 2, 1923, in the Mountain Grove community, near Webbers Falls, to B. MILLER and Nelda (CLARK) MILLER.  He died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, at his home.  He married Pearl ATKISON May 10, 1947.   Survivors include his wife, Pearl MILLER of the home; his children, Sharon and Ronald "Butch" and  Aaron and Judy and Karen and Floyd, and Faron ; his stepmother, Talitha; four brothers, J. B., Arnold, Reynolds and Delbert; two sisters, Beatrice and Patricia; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Mr. MILLER was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Gilbert and Henry MILLER,  and one sister, Helen CROW.  

Funeral services for George "Lin" SKINNER, 51, of Greenwood, Ark., are being held at 2 p.m. Saturday at McConnell Funeral Home Chapel in Greenwood.  Burial is in Evans Cemetery in Excelsior Ark., under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home in Greenwood.  Mr. SKINNER died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, in a Fort Smith, Ark., hospital. Survivors include his wife, Linda SKINNER of the home; one daughter, Stephanie; one son, John Mark; his parents, Winford and Oneta SKINNER; one sister, Lana ; and six grandchildren.

Funeral services for Tressie WALTERS, 104, of Sallisaw were held at 1 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating.  Burial was in Akins Cemetery, northeast of Sallisaw, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.  The youngest of nine children, Ms. WALTERS  was born June 30, 1894, in the Ole Remy community, Oklahoma  Indian Territory, to Ben and Mary Magdeline (DALE) WALTERS. She died Wednesday, May 26, 1999, in Sallisaw.  Survivors include one daughter-in-law, Pluma; and several nieces and nephews.
